How the sight of someone can change the course of your life
the sight of yours did that to me
It shook the foundation I was laying on
Leaving me to sort out the pieces
and asking myself how did I live before
I was just existing
Living is the emotions you awoke in me
that rush that arose in my chest
How the air seemed to weigh
and there wasn't enough to reach my lungs
Living is that first look we shared
when you acknowledged my staring
that I was unknowingly doing
and you later shared it made you uncomfortable
Your name should be under the definition of living

As you give life to me
and my life became beautiful once you came in
