I'm just enjoying myself with the beautiful scenery in front of me. We're in a private island owned by Raphael's wife. It's been what? 25 years already? It feels surreal. Everything is. All I ever wanted is to graduate, to get a job, to succeed in my chosen field, to get married with the man I love and of course, have a family of my own. I can't believe I'm currently looking at my dreams right now. They all came true, because of him.
He looked at my direction and smile widely before waving his hand at me. I chuckled before I wave back too. This man. After so many years, I'm still deeply fallen in love with him. Hindi na ata ako makaka-ahon nito eh. He whispered something to his brother before I saw him walking inside. Just after a couple of sec, I then felt his warm hug from my back.
"Hmm... you still smell so nice love." He whispered and snuggle his face more unto my neck. I crane my neck a bit to give him more access before I entirtwine our hands.
"Why are you here? You should be helping them with the barbeque, love." I said while putting all my attention to the calm ocean in front.
"They can handle the barbeque without me, and the boys are there too." I turned my back and face him.
I clung my arms on his neck while his hands immediately wrapped in my waist. I let my eyes get full while staring at my husband's handsome face.
"How come you still looks the same? I think you didn't age at all." I said that made him laugh.
"I aged love. Trust me when I say that I aged already. I can already feel my back aching sometimes. Even my knees." My right hand traces his face. From his eyebrow down to his eyes, nose and stopped when I reached his lips.
"Well, you may feel like you aged but, you don't look old to me. Still the man I fell in love wayback grade school." He gave me a smile. The smile that always makes my heart jump ever since.
"Well if that's the case, then you didn't age too, love. You still looked like the same Kia I fell in love with the first time I saw you taking pictures in the playground." I let out a laugh.
"Hmm-mm." He suddenly pulled me towards him and gave me a tight hug that made me laugh again. "What's with the hug, love?"
"Nothing. I just love hugging my wife. You feel so warm." I closed my eyes and can't help but to smile.
"You too, love." He then let go of my hug before cupping my face. I know this smile of him. "What is it?" I asked him while raising one of my brows.
