Hello my wonderful readers, this chapter is dedicated to my first commenter. Thanks for that! So, you suggested I do third person and I so would but I'm terrible at writing third person so for now I'm gonna stick with first person and maybe throw in a nobody's pov. here and there. Again thank you so much for reading my story and I hope you enjoy! Also if you look to the side>>>> you will see that I now have a cast (kinda) for this story. The actress for Claire is just temporary so if you can find anybody better please tell me and thank you all for reading!

"Sandra!" Somebody exclaimed behind me. I jumped so high that when I turned around Claire was laughing at me. I'm not sure about her.

"Please don't do that again, you scared me." She was still laughing. If I wasn't such a nice person I would probably yell at her to stop.

"I'm sorry it's just that the group is already up there." I nodded and kept on walking till I caught up with the rest of the group. I noticed that they all looked either like hippies or super tough don't mess with me people, unlike myself who looked like an average thirteen year old girl.

Apparently our first training was more of an introduction to teach us more about Elements. This is going to be a pretty boring two months. All elements had to be split up even though we were pretty much listening to the same thing. Our mentor began to speak, "Hello and congratulation on becoming Earth Elements, I believe you all realize how important you are," The same lady who gave us the test was the one talking to us. She must be an Earth Element too or at least was. You see at a certain age you don't have to be an Element anymore if you didn't want to but your powers would be stripped away. "There are some rules you need to know about, first we need you all. We don't get enough Earths as needed you may possibly have the most dangerous job."

She got interrupted by a boy in the back. "What's so dangerous about making sure plants don't die." A couple people snickered but the lady in the front of the room had a very serious expression.

"Well if you must know your element is much more than just 'making sure plants don't die', you must be the most careful not to get caught by the humans since you'll be the closest to them, you see they don't believe in the type of powers we have and as soon as they see you they will certainly capture you and hold you prisoner. Lucky for us though the humans aren't as, sophisticated as us so they aren't your biggest problem. That is the Hunters," she said and there was silence in the room, well more silence than before.

" Hunters? What are Hunters?" A small girl from the back questioned.

"The Hunters are your enemies. Now don't worry to much they aren't hunting you but if you get in there way then they will shoot you. You see Hunters and Elements, we both have the same goal, to protect, not only ourselves but also humans but Hunters they don't care what's In there way they'll do anything to achieve their goal. So, now that we're clear on who to stay away from why don't we get to the fun stuff, your new powers." Her voice immediately changed from serious to cheery in a matter of seconds.

For the next hour or so she drowned on about the Earth and controlling our powers blah blah blah. I didn't care about that I wanted to get to the fun stuff, actually using them.

Nobody's pov.

Sandra was already getting tired of training and wants to go to the real world but soon enough she would be wishing she could be in the beige room with boring lectures. It was way better than what's to come.
