It's cold. Very cold. Ofcourse it's cold it's past 8 pm and I've been driving aimlessly for the past 2 hours. What have I done? What's wrong with me? I find myself near the hilltop. This is where it happened. Why am I here? The memory from that day is very fresh in my head. I can almost see it again. Just like before. I look at my hand expecting it to broken. Bruised atleast. But there's nothing. Nothing at all. As if I never punched through the wall. How is it possible? I turn the radio on and the car fills with some crappy drum noise. It's almost painful to listen to but I need a distraction from everything. After what seemed like an hour, I shut it off. My head is now pounding. What was I thinking? I step out of the car and my legs take me to the edge of the road. This is where it happened. Twice now. I came back but he didn't. Why? Why did I come back without him? The sun has completely disappeared and there's a faint moonlight across the sky. It's dark but not too dark. I close my eyes and feel the cool air on my face as my nose gets cold and my body gets covered with goosebumps. Who caught me the last time? I should've been dead. It should've been me. I keep my eyes close and something in my body stirs. I'm jumping off of this hill. Now. 1... 2... 3... A hand wraps around my waist pulling me back with a grunt and I think... I'm in heaven
