3rd POV:

This was one of  the worst days ever for both Killer and Nightmare, killer has been dating Dream for two years and he was madly in love with him, and Nightmare has been dating Cross for about three years, so you can imagine how sad and devastated they both were when they found out that both their lovers have been cheating on them with eachother. Killer has been acting like everything was fine and that he will get over it, but everyone knew that it was a lie and that he was actually falling into depression, and Nightmare didn't even bother to hide how sad he was, he has locked himself in his room the whole day which made his gang worry for him and their best friend Killer.
It has been a month now, Nightmare was still in his room getting out from time to time to eat, and Killer hasn't been talking to anyone the whole month, he knew that if he tried to say a word he would immediatly break down. The gang decided to leave them alone and not bother them, they just thought that their boss and Killer would need some time to get over their ex-lovers.

Killer's POV:

It has been a month now and i still can't beleive that Dream, the love of my life, has been cheating on me. It's just that each time i saw him my face would heat up and a big smile would form in my face, it felt like he brought the sun and happiness in my life. And to think that all of that is gone just makes me want to cry. The others just went to another universe saying that they needed to destroy it, which meant that me and Nightmare were alone in the mansion (or castle, as you like), i guess that i should check on him.
I got out of the kitchen and headed upstairs towards Nightmare's room, i knew that if i knocked he wouldn't answer so i just walked in and was chocked to see Nightmare with a knife, cutting himself. I ran up to him and took the knife away from him, he than looked at me with wide eyes and tears running down his face. "Why would you do that!?" i asked looking at him in the eyes, "you can't understand, you are heartbroken because Dream cheated on you with Cross, so imagine how I feel, Cross has been seeing my own brother behind my back for god knows how long... ever since we were kids Dream would get anything he wanted just by asking the villagers, if he wanted something he would get it without any problem. And as for me, i never got gifts nor anything i wished to have, so when Cross asked me to be his boyfriend i felt so much happiness... i got something that i wished to have, and ofc Dream had to ruin everything by wtealing what was meant to be mine... again...", more tears ran down his face as he finished talking, i got closer to him and put my hand on his cheek and then started caressing it, we both looked at each other in the eyes and blushed softly... i guess that i will get over Dream faster than i imagined.

+Bonus:

It has been a year since Killer and Nightmare got together, things never were as perfect before. As for Cross and Dream, let's just say that the gang killed them a long time ago :)
