"NO!!" I screamed, immediately sitting up from my slumber, realizing it was just a nightmare. I looked to my right, and Lyann's eyes were still lightly shut, her chest rising and falling from breathing.

I sighed in relief and relaxed myself again. I heard Lyann tossing and turning, and she tensely sat up from her sleep, just the way I did.

"Did you have a nightmare?" I asked.

"Y-yeah..." she shivered in fear.

"I did too. What was your nightmare about?" I replied.

"I was sleeping, and then I woke up to Kristiana holding a knife in her hand. I was about to ask her what she was doing, but she started stabbing me a bunch of times..." she also replied, her eyes starting to widen at the memory.

"What?" I asked, confused.

"What do you mean?" she also asked, her confusion showing by the way she asked the question.

"I had that dream, too," I replied.

Then she just awkwardly sat there, her eyes the size of saucers. She was staring at me, perplexed.

"Woah..." she said under her breath.

"Yeah..." I agreed.

Then there was just an awkward silence in the room, and we were just staring at each other blankly.

Then someone barged into the door, startling the both of us.

It was Kristiana.

"What do you want now?!" I asked, enraged.

"I want to apologize," she replied.

"What's the catch?" I asked once more.

"If you don't forgive me, then you need to date me." she smirked.

"Okay, then I forgive you." I replied.

Then she looked at me confused.

"I was so sure that you hated me so much that you weren't going to forgive me!" she scoffed in disappointment.

"I do hate you, but it's always good to accept an apology. But I still hate you." I replied.

"You're accepting because you love me," she snickered.

"For the last time, and I mean the last time, I do NOT love you. I. Hate. You." I sneered at her through my teeth that I was clenching shut.

"You don't know how to express your feelings for me properly, so you're always being mean to me. I KNOW you love me, Niall. Plus, you're so adorable when you're mad" she replied.

"Then I'm about to get really adorable now, aren't I?" I snarled angrily.

"What do you mean?" she asked, confused.

I punched her in her face, something I rarely did to anyone, and left her there, wincing in pain. I actually felt kinda bad for her. But she deserves it.

"Get. Out. Now." I spat in her face, hoping she got the message.

She finally left, but outside of the door, she mouthed, "I love you" to me.

I hated when she did that.

"Sorry about that, Lyann," I turned around to see her trembling under her covers in fear and denial of the moment she had just witnessed seconds ago. "You okay?"

She shook her head and continued on with being traumatized.

"Well, don't worry." I told her.

"I'll protect you."
