"Dude.....they're hamsters....?"

"Incorrect! And you wonder why I call you a mortal....These, are the Four Dark Devas of Destruction! They're the Tanaka Empire! They're feared across many realms, it just so happens this is their mortal form..."

"Stop fighting about the aniamls! I'm trying to think!"

"Oh please, like you have any brains shark boy."

Ryoji spun back on his heels. "Anyway, do you have any other animals? Besides the devas of destruction?"

"Of course I do!" Gundham laughed. "What type of overlord would I be if I didn't obtain an army worth many mortal lives?"

"How did you get these ones though? If they're 'all powerful beings', why'd they let you take and care for them?" Ryoji leaned a little bit forward. Cham-p was idly resting on Gundhams shoulder. He really wanted to press on the hamsters belly, it just looks so squishy..

"I tamed them by allowing myself to become their nesting quarters." The supreme overlord simply chuckled. Ryoji nodded at him and stuck his hand out in front of Cham-p.

"May I," Ryoji cleared his throat. "Test my great powers in befriending this powerful beast?" He tried to speak like Gundham would. It was fun to copy the wacky personality of this loner hamster man.

Gundham said nothing. His expression was somewhat hard to read. He looked anxious but also like he was about to witness someone fail epically.

The fat little hamster sniffed Ryoji's hand as he brought it closer. He wanted to slowly try and pick Cham-p up and hold him for a little bit.

Cham-p grabbed one of his fingers with his little hamster paws and pulled it closer to himself. Ryoji smirked, he was gonna tame this beast just like Gundham did. Carefully, he opened his palm completely and wrapped his hand around Cham-p.

The hamster just kinda went with it, still holding on to one of Ryoji's fingers.

"H....How are you doing that...?" Gundham looked absolutely appalled.

Ryoji slowly picked Cham-p off of Gundhams shoulder and brought his other hand up to support the chubby little hamsters butt. He raised Cham-p up too look into his eyes and admire the surprisingly well taken care of animal.

"I used to help animals that were abandoned...." Ryoji placed Cham-p on his shoulder, looked Gundham up and down, and posed exactly like him.

"Now that I have tamed one of your beasts, can I compete with your power?"

Gundham only stared. "I had no idea you helped lost creatures. You may not be a powerful halfling like myself but you're definitely not a normal level 12 demon, most don't have great patience and virtue like yourself..." Ryoji smiled wide, he liked being not a mortal.

"You two are insane..."

"Shut it Soda!"

The door pushed open harshly. 2 new people waltz inside. Ryoji ignored them as usual and just continued to talk about the hamsters in a hushed voice.

Ryoji gave Cham-p back and tried to get a hold of San-d, but the stare Gundham gave behind him made him hesitate. Ryoji turned his head to look over at Soda and the 2 other people. Maybe Gundham doesn't like people? Is that why he got animals? That's sad.

"Halt." Ryoji jumped a bit. He turned to see the new people stopping in their tracks. "You will come no closer... if you value your life."

".........what?" It was the basic boy from earlier, the one that passed out. Ryoji chuckled a little bit.
