*Y/n's POV*
*two months later*

Its been two months since Y/n had her first night with Tarantulas. The Christmas holiday season was back again and Y/n dreaded the month again. It still gave her bad memories from nearly two years ago and she didn't like dealing with it. Y/n had just recently moved out of the main house of her parents home and moved into the guest house, making it her own. That way she had her privacy and she could focus better on her schoolwork as well as work on her apprenticeship with Tarantulas. So far he has been giving her a lot of books to read as well as tests on said books. He told her starting next year he'll be physically testing her knowledge in the medical field with the basics first going on to the more advanced stuff.

Y/n was at home when she felt she missed something. She pulls out her phone and checks her calendar. She was already two months late and she was beginning to worry. "What if that morning after pill that Tarantulas gave me didn't work? I'm not exactly human anymore..." It was last month as well thst she learned that she was fully techno-organic. A hybrid that didn't need to be born to be created. She also got the news as well from Tarantulas that what Cryotek and Rampage had did to her can never be undone. She wished no other would share the same fate as her. But this was Paradise Falls she lived in. There was always a chance something like this could happen to someone.

Y/n finished writing down her notes in her note book on Cybertronion physiology. Tarantulas wanted her to write down all the similarities and differences between humans and Cybertronions, inside and out. A lot of the information she found boring since she learned a majority about humans back in high school and whatnot. As she begins to put her books away, the worrying feeling begins to eat away at her again. "I better make sure." She leaves her home and heads to the store to buy a pregnancy test. She hoped she was wrong.

*Botanica's POV*
*this next part may be uncomfortable for some readers. Just a fair warning*

Botanica had just gotten home from working at the her store when she pulls out her phone to check her messages. She sees she has one missed call from Y/n and a voice mail. "This doesn't bode well," said Botanica. She checks the voice mail:

Hi, Botanica. It's Y/n. Something came up. I don't feel comfortable talking about it to my parents or Tarantulas yet so if its alright with you, could I come over to your place to talk? If not I understand. I can wait another day. Bye.

Botanica calls Y/n and tells her she could come over. She heads inside and gets a pot of tea ready as well as a mix of herbs for Y/n to take home in case she was right with what she may be dealing with. It wasn't long before Y/n arrived. Botanica meets Y/n at the door. "Good to see you, Y/n. Please come in," said Botanica.

Y/n steps into Botanica's home. "Thank you for seeing me. I just hope I am wrong with my gut feeling as to what this could be."

"I hope so to. Go sit down in the living room and I'll get the tea ready." Botanica hurries into the kitchen.

Y/n always liked visiting Botanica's home. It always smells like herbs and plants since she never believed in using air fresheners or scented candles. She did use candles, but only unscented ones. Botanica's house had a lot of green and brown colors to it. The furniture, the picture frames, even the other rooms in her house, except for her kitchen. That was the only place she didn't have the forest theme continued. It was very calming atmosphere.

Botanica comes back into the living room with two cups of tea. She hands one to Y/n. "Now tell me what's on your mind that you only feel comfortable enough to tell me?"

"I think I am pregnant," said Y/n.

A somewhat blank look appears in Botanica's eyes before she returns to reality. "Talk about dropping the bomb shell. Now why would you say that?"

"My last menstrual cycle was two months ago. Tarantulas told me I'll still have my cycle regularly on top of a heat cycle every other month. Well it's the next month for my heat cycle and I still haven't gotten that either."

"How often do you have your menstrual cycle?"

"Every month, usually a day late when I think I have the right date it should start on."

Botanica didn't like she was hearing. "Well for your sake Tarantulas better pray to Primus he didn't get you pregnant. Did he even wear a condom?"

"I don't remember if he did or not. My mind was in a haze because of my heat cycle. I bought a pregnancy test kit and it came back negative so I'm not sure what to do from there."

"Go find Tarantulas and make him give you a blood test. Since you are fully techno-organic, a pregnancy test isn't going to work. Only a blood test will." Botanica heads back into the kitchen and fixes up a bag of herbal tea to give to Y/n. She comes back into the living room and give it to Y/n. "If you are pregnant, drink that every day. It will make it so you won't get morning sickness. If not, that tea can help with regular nausea."

*Y/n's POV*

"Thanks, Botanica. Also thank you for putting up with me," said Y/n.

"You're welcome, sweetie. If you need anymore help, just let me know," said Botanica.

Y/n finished her tea and leaves Botanica's house. She heads to Tarantulas's lab, praying she wasn't pregnant. It takes her only a few minutes to get to the lab once she arrives at Primus University. She heads downstairs and to the lab, only to find Tarantulas was already waiting for her.

"I think I may know why you sre here and I hope we are both wrong," said Tarantulas.

"You better hope so to! This is one thing we don't need to happen!" Y/n snaps. She steps foot into the lab and sits down in one of the chairs. Tarantulas gets a sample of blood from her and goes to get it analyzed.

"Just be glad that a majority of my equipment is upgraded with Cybertronion tech or we would have to wait for the results." Tarantulas looks back at Y/n. "I'm so sorry, Y/n. We both got caught up in the moment that night."

"It's fine. At least it was with someone who cares about me and not someone who just wants me for a one-night stand or just wants to have a trophy on his arm."

"You do have a point. There's not a whole lot of good people left in this world who would treat their woman as their one and only. And those people are hard to find." After five minutes, Tarantulas walks back into the room with the results. "Its the defining moment, Y/n." He hands the results to Y/n.

Y/n takes the results from Tarantulas and reads them. It does take her long to read them. She feels her spark sink at reading what was on the piece of paper. She hands it back to Tarantulas. "Well chalk this up as one thing I didn't expect to happen at the age of nineteen, going on to twenty. I was hoping it was just stress..."

"Like I said, Y/n. I'm sorry. Nothing I can or say or do can take back what happened to you. The best I can do is make sure both you and the child are both healthy."

"Glad you're here for me, Tarantulas," said Y/n. She feels a tear roll down her cheek. She wasn't happy but it's the fact was to what happened to her is what she has to live with. She's just glad it was with Tarantulas.

*this chapter was an idea that adianeskriby gave to me since I was having trouble as to what happens next in this book. Thanks for reading guys :)*
