(F/N)'s POV

That's when I finally heard the explosion, it was scary, yes, but it didn't hurt anyone, so I guess it was okay.

I only sighed and decided to check what's happening on the news, well, if there's still signal left. I heard people murmuring about Okinawa sinking, it honestly hurts when you're the first one to know something bad happening then the next day, you hear people gossiping about it. To know that your online friend died from a tragedy and not from old age is horrifying just to think about, let alone experiencing it.

I opened my phone and checked if there was a signal or not, lo-and-behold, there was a signal. I went to the News app, that was already installed on my phone, to see if there was any Evacuation Centre to stay or temporarily stay at. I tried for about 25 minutes until I gave up, there was none, though, I came across this one article that says a crazy scientist is saying that the entirety of Japan will sink. A lot of people disagreed, not surprising, but... looking at Japan's current state, I also think that Japan will sink, the Scientist goes by the name of Mr. Onodera. (Ik he's a geologist, but saying Scientist is much easier for me) People thought he was a lunatic, it's either they're super believed that Japan will not sink, or they're just running away from the horrific truth, I'd say they're doing the latter.

I only sighed in disappointment then turned off my phone to conserve more energy. I decided to listen in to people's conversations to pass time, hey, I know what you're thinking, "That's kind of intrusive" yeah, it is, but I don't have anything else to do other than do that, I also can't talk to Ayumu, since she was still reuniting with her family, and I don't want to bother her just because I'm bored.

I pat down the sides of my pockets to see if I can find something to entertain me more than these people's conversations. Then I suddenly felt a bump on my Team's Jacket Pocket, it was my Ipod! Though, when I looked for my earphones,  'I didn't see it anywhere. I must've left it at the locker rooms.'

Speaking of locker rooms, I suddenly remembered the bodies of my teammates and kouhai's decomposing bodies. If only I knew one of them, at least ONE of them was alive, I would've saved them.

I quickly dried my tears that were already spilling  then sighed. I put my Ipod back into my team jacket's pocket, but before I could do that,  the guy that Ayumu told me yesterday, approached me with earphones in-hand.

"Here, I have an extra, you can keep it"

"Thanks! You didn't have to though"

"It's better than seeing you walk around aimlessly"

"Ah, is that so.. I'll try to make it up to you!"

Before he can say anything, I bowed a 15 degree angle and walked over to the railings. Leaning my back on it, with my elbows supporting me, I lifted the Ipod out of my Jacket and plugged in the earphones and pressed 'play'

Listening to music does calm me, especially if it's one of the mxmtoon's songs, I can literally fall asleep just by hearing her voice. After 45 minutes of listening to music, Ayumu approaches me with a smile on her face, I smiled back and took off the earphones, indicating that I was listening.

"How are you holding up?"

"For the most part, I'm fine, the death of Chiaki did take a toll on me."

"Hey, cheer up, we'll get through this, together, 'kay?"

"Yeah, sure."

With that, she went off to her Dad, who was looking over the steps, I payed no attention to it, when suddenly, helicopters started flying by, I thought nothing of it, when suddenly people were falling out of it. One fell in front of me and once it did, I saw the blood oozing out of their now Dead Body. That's all it took to knock me out.
