Chapter 11

(F/N)'s POV

I got woken up by Kite, who was shaking me and doing the same to the others once he saw me wake up

"Hey... why did you wake us up?"

"It's 9 degrees"

Mari woke up and looked at Kite like he was crazy, I mean, I would do the same since... It's not even that cold.

I got up and was greeted by an aching back, guess I shouldn't sleep while hunched over on the corner again...

Anyway, once we were all up, we suddenly felt an earthquake, it was a small one, but we didn't want to take any risks and started to head over onto the exit, until that is- we saw part of the mountain collapsing

"EVERYBODY! GO TO MY TRUCK!"

I silently panicked and ran to the truck as fast as possible, well, when part of a mountain collapses, it'll be like a domino effect

We all quickly hop onto the truck, Mari going to drive (I don't remember who actually drove, so let's stick to Mari) Once everyone was in the truck, She stepped on the pedal quickly and I thought I was gonna fly off.

3rd Person POV

(F/N) held onto her bag as tightly as possible, all her valuable items were there after all.

"Hey, (F/N)! Where do you think we're heading?!"

Shouted Ayumu, they couldn't properly hear each other because of the wind blowing through them,(Wind Supression) they could only hope that their throats doesn't get hoarse.

They were now in the middle of somewhere, now starting a bonfire to keep them warm, the old man lighted up a cigarette and turned away from the family.

Kite went up to (F/N), who was sitting alone near the truck since Ayumu decided to think alone for a bit.

"Heya (F/N), the sky looks beautiful, doesn't it?"

Kite sat next to (F/N), to which she didn't mind, she had a lot on her mind right now and wanted someone to comfort her

"Kite."

"Yeah?"

"How does it feel to be in the sky?"

"...Well, it feels fantastic, surreal, and a lot of other things that you could positively name of, the thrill of knowing you might fall makes your blood rush"

"Didn't need to know the last part... But thanks for the honest answer"

"Why ask though?"

By now, their shoulders were touching each other, making them really close to each other

Kite looked at (F/N) and she looked back at him, he took in her features;

She had (H/L) and beautiful (H/C), complimented with her (E/C) and (S/F), everything looked perfect to him.

(S/F) = Special Features = Freckles, moles, etc

"Can I?"

He asked her, she nodded in response, afraid that her voice would betray her.

He leaned and softly kissed her, they both seemed to enjoy it since-
