Oaks Park

I felt my wound burn some more.

"Ow!"

"What's wrong!?"

"Nothing. Just a burn I had gotten."

"How?"

"I really don't know, I just woke up with it."

"That's freaky. I would probably check that out."

"Yeah."

I took my bandage off and checked it under the red table.

It had gotten redder than I remember.

It was actually still burning.

"Ow,ow,ow."

Once Kaitlin came back I went to the restroom.

I put a cold damp cloth on my arm and put my bandage around it.

I went back to the table and sat down.

"You okay?"

"Yeah, just my wound is still burning a little."

"Oh."

"Yeah. It's just so weird though. I had a nightmare about being burned and then I woke up with this!"

"Well, you could have been sleep walking."

"Probably. Only I'm dumb enough to do that."

"You're not dumb. You just made a mistake."

"Yeah, I guess."

We ate our meal and went to the park.

Oaks Park.

The only park in our small little place.

Kaitlin kept leaving me and Rider alone.

I'll kill her.

Or be grateful.

I don't know yet.

"So, what do you want to know about me?"

"What's your favorite color?"

"Favorite color?"

"Yep."

"I would say Aqua, what's yours?"

"Green."

"What's your favorite food?"

"Ice cream."

"That's not a food!"

"Yeah, but I like it."

I chuckled.

"Fine. Mine is probably noodles."

"Noodles?"

"Yeah. Weird, I know."

"It's not weird. It's your opinion."

"Which is most of the time wrong. At least that is what everyone else says."

"Gabi."

He made me look at him.

"Stop listening to the hurtful people. Cause they are just jealous cause you are smart,funny,beautiful,and kind. If they can't see that, then they are blind as a bat."

I smiled.

I wanted to kiss him so badly.

But we just met.

Ah, what the heck.

I kissed him on the cheek.

He smiled.

Thank God he's okay with it!

I might of done that just for the heck of it or I might have done that for reason.

Either way, I did it and I liked it.
