Atoranta: Ugh, I know we had to start with us both doing one for someone we didn't like but really? Quattro?
Shinsei: Well, if you didn't like it, you didn't have to spend SIX HOURS on it.
Atoranta: Stop calling me out sis
Shinsei: Never.
Atoranta: Just wait until I get to write this over on Kite's chapter... just you wait.
Once more, you had somehow run into the infamous Quattro. Quattro, one of the best duelists in the world. Quattro, the one who wouldn't leave you alone. Quattro, the duelist you hated with your guts. How he annoyed you! You had never understood why people like him so much, all you had ever seen was an entitled brat.
So of course, it was of no surprise to you once he had snapped. When he had started sending his fans to the hospital. Giving them 'the attention they deserved.' 'Spoiling his fans as much as they deserve' as he called it. It wasn't humane. People who looked up to him, only to be hurt by the very one they idolized.
And of course, that meant he had a special interest in you. Someone who didn't like him, who had never liked him. He found you intriguing. But you hated it. You hated him. But he wouldn't leave you alone. Or rather 'coincidence' wouldn't. You refused to believe seeing him so much was just luck. And if it was, fate sure did hate you.
The sun shone brightly above you as you tried to make your way out of the situation. Away from the monster who you kept seeing. If you moved quick enough, maybe he wouldn't notice you. Maybe he wouldn't see you, and you could go back to what you were doing. Back to your friends. Back to your house. Anywhere away from him.
Of course, the world wasn't on your side. As you tried to walk past the clear stretch of land, you felt a piercing gaze over you. Just my luck, you thought. He just had to be just unfocused enough to see you walking by. But then a thought occurred to you. Maybe if I just keep walking, he'll leave me alone.
It was certainly worth a try. Anything to get away from him. He disgusted you. How could he be such a monster to those who adored him? How could a human do such a thing? You quickened your pace, hoping it would work. Please, let it work.
You were cut off by the ground before you shaking. Your duel gazer wasn't on, but you still felt it. Just another one of the strange things that happened while Quattro was around. You didn't have to turn to see his gaze stuck intently on you. You sighed, turning to face him, leaving your duel gazer off. You'd rather not see what horrendous monster he was using to beat up the poor fan this time.
"Leave me alone, Quattro," you said to him. He just seemed to smirk a little.
And the smirk persisted through his answer, in his sarcastic tone. "Well finally," he said. "Took you long enough to notice me over here."
You silently seethed. "I knew you were there. I was ignoring you, you monster." he feigned a flinch. Or at least, you hoped it was feigned.
"That hurts, y/n." he said, a clearly fake look of hurt on his face. The duelist who he had been facing seemed to be taking this time to try and get away, slowly backing away. Of course, Quattro just had to notice. Because he just couldn't not notice anything. He used yet another one of his strange powers, his energy bind. "Not so fast, my loyal fan. I'm not done spoiling you."
You winced at imagining what that poor person had already gone through. "Just let him go! What did any of your fans ever do to you?!" you screamed at him.
