Ok so this shall be interesting but last night I was watching a bunch of miraculous ladybug episodes- well not really episodes, I guess you can call it reviews-

So I was watching those and I got this whole reason why Felix, who was supposed to be cat noir (basically before Adrian), should still be cat noir

I'm just going to just keep this short but here's my reasoning:

If Felix was cat noir and was still Adrian's cousin, he could've had a sad kind of backstory, like his parents could've died and Gabriel wouldn't take him in because he was too busy with his wife's death and Adrian so he'll be stuck in an orphanage until someone adopted him and ended up moving to France

^ He probably lived in the U.S as a kid and moved to France because adopted french parents

Not just that but miraculous ladybug is all about marinett and Adrian and their relationship growing from a friendship/partnership to a  on relationship, but the way the show is making it is that we barely see their relationships and how it grows

But with Felix as cat noir there is way more ways to make him and marinett (ladybug) to have more room for a romantic connection than Adrian

There's just more possibilities for cat noir or just as being the love interest in general for Felix than Adrian
