The call of the morning prayer rings in his ears. It has been a long time since he heard Azan and woke up for prayers, a soft smile came on his lips.
Although he is been awake for some time now, he had not opened his eyes yet. Waiting to be awakened.
A few minutes later, he heard her coming towards his bed. A hand lovingly caressing his hair.
I missed her touch so much. He thought.
"Ogul (son), wake up for the prayers." Her voice is a sweet melody to ears.
He opened his eyes and smiled at her. She was still caressing his hair, her eyes were misty, but a smile was playing on her lips. He gently grabbed her hand and kissed it, his own eyes getting teary.
"Get up, I'll get water for you." Nodding at her, he sat up.
After doing ablution and helping Ana to do hers, He moved outside to pray in the congregation.
It was still dark and cold. Men were walking towards the prayer area, sharing greetings he also moved with them towards the area.
اَلسَلامُ عَلَيْكُم وَرَحْمَةُ اَللهِ وَبَرَكاتُهُ
"Peace be upon you and God's mercy and blessings."
