PART 06
Kayi Tribe...

The tent was dimly lit and a deafening silence was spread all around its corner until someone broke it.
.
.'Five minutes??' A little voice asked.
Observing the person pacing around the room. she replied,'Hmmm... probably ten minutes.'
'Hmmm... ten' And yet again the silence was dropped down. The two of them were relaxing but watching the figure pace around the room.
Watching Selcan pace around made Halime kind of dizzy. Looking over her shoulder her gaze caught Turali counting or say trying to count on his fingers. Scrunching his button like nose, eyebrows drawn together; Turali was trying to count till ten but poor soul only knew the counting till six.
A small smile grazed Halime's face. "What happened", she politely asked him.
Stopping in mid, he raised his head and looked at Halime.
"Ummm... nothing. I was ummm..."
She nodded at him to go on but he lowered his head. His cherry like cheeks didn't go unnotice by her and she tried her best not to pinch them.
He was not ashamed of asking her but he was a shy boy. A very cute and innocent child. Ruffling his hairs, she asked him to go and see Deli demir. He might be searching for him.
Nodding his head and quickly giving her a hug, he stood and headed off outside.
Smiling at him, she waited till he was gone and spoke, 'Enough Selcan! Not only you're tiring yourself up but also making me feel nauseous like this, stop it.', pulling her legs up, Halime rested her head on the knees.
Anyone could clearly see the tension in her body, the fine lines on her forehead, the rage in her eyes yet no one can see the intentions are to protect the tribe not to cause any harm.
Selcan without breaking the pace went and sit beside Halime.
"I'm worried about Banu Cicek hatun. She..."
"She what? Don't tell me you told Banu Cicek about it?"
"Evet (yes)", Selcan calmly replied to her.
"Haye Seclan, why would you do that? Already no one believes in us and without any proofs you can't just go around and tell people about it." Halime was shocked to say the least.
"Halime, we needed her."
"But what can she do? Or why would she believe you over her bey hatun?" It was something Selcan had also thought about however, sooner or later they had to seek help from someone, so why not from someone that has access to marquee especially, to Aytolun's tent.
Halime was nervous about telling anyone about the matter especially knowing they wouldn't take Selcan's words for it. She wanted to keep it under wraps until they were able to get their hands on more proof but most importantly they need to make sure they are after the right person.
On the other hand, Selcan was fed up of waiting for the right time. She knows it was the witch who has the necklace, it was her who killed the old lady. It's time Aytolun should face the penalties for the sins she committed. But for this they needed support from others, they need to show the true colors of them and pull their treacherous asses out the tribe.
