Haechan lay silently in the comfort of his bed, his eyes fixed on the empty ceiling as his mind remained occupied by her.

The her he had tried so hard not to run into.

The her he had spent the past two years trying to ignore.

The her he had buried in the deepest part of his mind, only for his shitty tattoo to react every damn time and remind him that there was someone out there tied to him.

The boy groaned and ruffled his already tangled hair in frustration before throwing his head back against the pillow.

He was tired of thinking about her. Tired of wondering who she was. And now that he knew her name, somehow, it had only made things worse.

Just as he was about to close his eyes, his bedroom door was suddenly flung open.

Haechan jolted, squinting against the light as he propped himself up on his elbows.

"Lee Donghyuck."

The said boy immediately sat up, his lips parting in surprise.

Jaehyun sighed and pressed two fingers against the bridge of his nose.

"Wear a shirt, will you?"

Haechan glanced down at his bare chest. His long silver-chained necklace rested against his cool skin, catching the light as he moved.

A smirk slowly appeared on his lips. He reached for a random shirt discarded on the floor and pulled it over his head.

"What brings you here, hyung?" he asked, his voice muffled as he struggled to pull his head through the collar.

"Na Yeoreum."

The moment he heard her name, Haechan looked up.

His eyes widened.

Jaehyun crossed his arms.

"She's your soulmate, right?"

Haechan glanced down at his wrist, where her name was now permanently engraved beneath his sun tattoo.

He sighed and nodded.

"Why? Do you know her?"

"She's my damn cousin, Hyuck."

Haechan froze. "Cousin? She's the Yeoreum who—"

"Hey—oh."

The two immediately turned toward the doorway.

Jaemin's blonde head was peeking through the opening, his expression curious.

He grinned when he saw Jaehyun.

"Greetings, Cousin Jae."

Haechan gasped. His eyes suddenly widened as he pointed straight at Jaemin.
