Johnathan' s POV
I woke up out of my sleep because my phone was ringing.
Hello!
"Hey son I'm on my way to bring Jaylon back."
"OK how is my baby boy anyway?"
"He's good just been eating a lot."
"Ok we'll let me know when your pulling up so I can help you bring him in."
Jaylon ,is my son he was with my mom and dad this weekend, he doesn't have the same mom as LaLa.
His mom passed away from a drive by, I guess she was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. I still have much love for her though ,we dated for almost two years.
But enough about that!
I got up and went to the bathroom to freshen up,then I walked to LaLa's room and woke her up so we could eat breakfast, today she has school at smiley preschool.
"Daddy can I stay with you today ?"
"No, I'm sorry baby girl." Now let me run you some bath water so you can be ready to eat then leave when you've your brother gets here."
"Ok, but after school can we watch movies?" Yes now hurry up."
The only thing that sucks about this school is she can't go all day, now don't get me wrong I love my baby girl but sometimes I just need that time to myself.
Twenty minutes latter,
"I'm about to be pulling up my mom said OK."
"Thanks mom, I appreciate it."
"No need to thank me , see you in a few weeks, and tell Layana she's coming next time too."
"Okay love you!"
I went in the house and took Jaylon out if his car seat, hows my baby boy doing, I missed you little man, I said while hugging him.
My kids are my world if anything were to happen to them i'd be lots.
"Your foods on the table Layana."
"Okay!"
After cleaning everything up ,we headed to the school.
"I missed you Jay Jay" , Layana said, while playing with him in the back seat.
You thought I was crazy about him ,Layana be on some other ish when it comes to her brother. It's like she doesn't like anyone to touch him ,play with him or talk to him.
After going back home and playing with my little man I decided to hit up my shoe store today.
When I walked in everyone was doing their job,because they know I wont hesitate to kick somebody's ass.
"What's happening boss ,one of my workers Matt asked?"
"Just came to see what's up!!
After making sure everything was cool ,I was about to head out until I seen this gorgeous women, long legs chocolate skin, and those eyes!
I walked up to her, "hello can I help you with something?"
"Yes I'm looking for the owner!"
"That would be me!!"
"Hi I'm Jill, and I was just going around looking for a job trying to see who's hiring."
"Well I'm sorry to tell you this but we're already full."
"It's OK thanks for your time Mr...
"Johnathan is my name."
"Well thanks anyway, by the way your son is very handsome."
"Thank you!"
"Have a nice day!"
Jills POV
So far I haven't found a job yet but I'm not giving up if I can't find one today I'll find one tomorrow.
Four Hours later........
No luck yet and I'm super tired.
I decided to get something to eat at Apple Bee's, once I was seated I began to eat but notice the same guy from the shoe store coming in with a little girl this time.
Wow ,whoever his girlfriend is must be happy to have a man that takes care of his responsibility' s .
Because there's not a lot that do.
After eating for another thirty minutes I decided to leave.
Once I got to my car and started it the same guy from the shoe store knocked on the window.
"Hey ,you again."
"Yeah just came to ask did you have any luck on the job search."
"Not yet but I'll try aging tomorrow it's only temporary any way."
"Well I got a business meeting in a about week and I just wanted to know do you have any baby sitting experience."
"Actually I use to work at a daycare, so yes I have experience."
"Well I don't usually just have anyone watch my kids so maybe we could link up and talk about it. Only if your willing to if not my mom can watch them."
"That'll be great, Ill bring my resume. "How about tomorrow at one o'clock?" you can have my cell phone number."
"Okay I'll be expecting to see you tomorrow."
And with that we went are separate ways.
