Chapter: 2

Maya's POV
"This place is amazing" I said
"Yea it's beautiful!" Riley exclaimed
"Yea" Farkle agreed
"Eh. it's cool" Lucas said
Sometimes Lucas can be so annoying, but he's hot so.....wait what.
We went in and got in unpacked. It was only 11:00 so we had sandwiches and we are deciding what to do right now.
"U guys want to go to the pool?" I asked
"Yea! Let's go!" riley said
Riley and I went upstairs and got changed. So did the boys we got to the pool that's in the backyard.

I jumped in and swam around. Lucas got in and started splashing me. I splashed back. I tried swimming away but, he caught up to me and grabbed my waist. He started tickling me.
"Lucas! Lucas - stop!" I said laughing
"Not until u admit u love me!" He said
"I don't love u" I said still laughing
"Say that I'm hot and I'll let go of u" he said
"Nev-er" I said. I was laughing so hard
"Say it!" He said laughing still holding onto me, tickling me.
"Fine - ur - hot" I said laughing.
"I knew u love me" he said smirking
He let go of me and I playfully punched his arm.
We got out of the pool and I went to talk to riley while lucas went over to farkle.
"Hey" I said
"Hey" she said "do u like lucas?"
"Whatttttt??? No, now way." I said.
Yea I kinda do I thought to myself.
"Really?" Riley asked
"Yea i don't like him like that.. I think" I mumbled the last part
"What!" Riley is so excited. She's always wanted "laya" to be thing.
"Riley shush they're gonna hear u!" I said covering her mouth
"Oooooh sorry. Oh that's so cute! My best friend and my bro. Wait that's kind weird. But I don't care! LAYA!" She yelled I covered her mouth but the boys came over
"What's she say" Farkle asked pointing at riley
"Oh u know just stuff.... that's she said...like a few seconds ago" I said so awkwardly
"Umm ok" Farkle said "rules u wanna go dry off?" He asked riley
"Yes!" She yelled
"Big girl voice" I said
"Yea sure" she said chill. She smiled at me and I winked back as they walked away leaving just lucas and I.
"So what she really say?" Lucas asked me
"What RU talking about" I said
"I know when u lie" he said
"What? I wasn't lying" I was lying about lying
"Yea u were"
"No I didn't"
"Yea u did"
"No I didn't"
"Why can't u just tell me"
"Why can't u just believe me?"
"Fine. Lets just go get changed" lucas said disappointed.
Later that night we all watched a movie and went to bed like nothing ever happened. Maybe this summer will turn out fine after all, I thought to myself.

Bringing Joshua in. Oooooh. can't wait!
