after a few phone tracking softwares, they found out sebb lived in a compartment complex uptown. they enjoyed uptown's vibe, even if they didn't go often.

"isn't uptown just hippies?", jack asked.

"yeah but isn't sebb a hippie?"

"fair point."

sebb's apartment was pretty boring and unimpressive, at least from the outside. jack and tim walked up a few stories to his and knocked on the door only for some strange woman to open the door.

"um hello? i thought only girl scouts sold cookies."

tim pushed past her and started looking around the house.

"hey, you don't live here! where are your parents?", another woman asked.

"sebb! i know you're here! come out!"

sebb came into the living room with his bowl of ice cream. he didn't see affected by the breakup half as much as monty did.

"i get that everyone gets over relationships in different ways but can you not have every hoe in europe here?"

"hoes? these girls are my roommates. if anything, they're screwing each other."

"well, we need you to make up with our dad.", jack said, directly to the point.

"no can do, buckaroo. your daddio broke up with me, not the other way around."

"yeah well," tim started, "we kind of guilted him into breaking up with you."

"woah, not our fault! you were overstepping boundaries! boundaries in place for a reason!"

"i get that now and i think it's very important to have boundaries. so, give me one second."

it actually took him about ten minutes. he kicked out all his roommates, em, loz, and lily, after letting them meet tim and jack. then he got a piece of copy paper and a red sharpie.

"what's this?", jack asked.

"well, when i was younger, i hated my stepdad so i thought up some things i'd rather him do. so we're gonna make some boundaries."

"like what?", tim asked, starting to like this.

"first, i won't ever make you call me dad or anything like that if you don't want to."

"oh so it's like rules and stuff?"

"yeah. now, any suggestions?"

tim smiled, "how about you not touching any of mom's old stuff?"

"how am i supposed to know what's her's?"

"i guess i'll have to do better at keeping her stuff together.

"okay, that's rule number two."

"no kissing dad. it's weird.", jack frowned.

"no can do. you're just gonna have to suck that one up."

"ugh. fine! but you have to tell us before you do big stuff like marriage and stuff.", jack pleaded.

"alrighty, sounds like our number three. but i think i'm going to marry him. very soon."

"wait, really?", tim asked, obviously shocked, "that's really cool. can he keep the ring from mom's marriage though?"

"yeah, no sweat about that. but now we seem pretty good. we can make up rules as we go."

"monty, they told me everything. we talked and we're okay now. i was wondering if you'd re-go out with me?"

"of course! thank you, boys!", monty said, smiling back at his sons while hugging sebb.

"also. i know we haven't been together as long as i'd like but would you marry me?"

"marriage?! and the boys are okay with it?"

jack and tim nodded.

monty continued, "then yes! yes, totally!"
