" Your nose is just alike your mother " said Kunti tracing the little nose of the infant. She then caressed the forehead of her daughter in law who lay unconscious
wearied after hours of pain."Maharani is absolutely fine Rajmata" Said the Ayurvathi.
"The little Prince resembles the queen " Commented one of the maid.
"And her eyes are just as that of jyesth" said Nakul looking at the copper hued eyes of the twin girl who lay in his hand - the princess of Indraprastha.
Prince and a Princess
Twin joy for Indraprastha .
Indeed!!It was a moment for the whole family to cherish. Nurturing and caring the two tiniest members of their family left them overwhelming.
"What if I get both a grandson and a grand daughter" Kunti reminisced the word that she blurted out.
"Putra yudhishthir I would be the one to name your child " Pandu's distant words flashed in their memory.
"I don't have a daughter but need a grand daughter " Madri's words once in the woods revebrated in their mind now.
" Both the twins shall have the blessings of your father and Madri. "Said Kunti smiling through the tears.
All the five nodded with a smile adorning their face.
Wait. Indraprastha can't be so quiet. We have to celebrate. rang arjun's voice in the chamber with a tone of Joy bringing back everyone to a celebration mode.
But soon they heard a ruckus outside the palace. Rushed into the room the personal maid of the queen saying
The whole country wants to get a glimpse of the little ones." Sure. They too would have been excited. " Said the father.
The twins too showed equal excitement.
Both of them started to smile through their toothless mouth. They wriggled their hands and legs as if wanting them to be taken out. While yudhishthir took the baby boy in his arms and Nakul took the cute little girl in his arms. Her smile extended making Nakul excited.
" See she smiles more after seeing me. I'm her favorite." Proclaimed Nakul .
" No I'm " A voice snapped out feeble but loud enough getting everyone's attention.
" Draupadi " A chorus.
"Always mother is their favorite. " Said Draupadi gazing at the babies.
The moment the children were born the mother too was born.
She never existed before. The woman existed but the mother never.
A mother is something new.And that new one embellished the newborns with the love of motherhood.
Draupadi's kohled eyes we're brimming with tears of happiness while the too infants wriggled as if knowing their mother's feelings.
Of course they were the ones who learned her hearbeat from inside.Soon everyone dispersed from there to give the mother and the children the rest they needed.
Nakul had to be dragged out by Sahadev and Arjun as he wasn't willing to leave the babies. After a long time of gazing at the two babies - one resembling the sharp features of Yagyaseni , the eldest of the upapandavas and the other a perfect copy of her father, the daughter of dharmaja the queen started humming.
"I know you sing well. Are you going to sing a lullaby " . Asked Yudhishthir standing at the entrance.
The daughter of Drupad nodded in a yes.
" Can I ? " Draupadi was taken aback by his question.
"You know to sing a lullaby Arya" Draupadi asked excited by his question.
Will try was the answer
He sat near the two and started humming.
The nature of impending fatherhood is that you are doing something that you’re unqualified to do, and then you become qualified while doing it.
Dharmaraj too would qualify it.
While the other Pandavas would do it too."I know none of you would go to sleep. Come in" Draupadi's welcome call was enough for the others.

Good night! Good night! They wished each other but sure do they know no one is going to sleep. For the babies slept hearing the hymns of the Pandavas.
Soon they would hear the hymns of the two running across the palace.--------------------------------------------------------------
