           {It's from bad to worse}

           

         🌹AGENT STEWART POV🌹

I hurry up to the top of the building where the bastard positions his sniper rifle. I shot his arms but he was quick to pull the trigger.

"You are smart but you are too late. She's dead already along with that stupid Clarissa. I still wonder what made her take the bullet for someone she wanted to kill, but it doesn't matter. All that matters is how I'm gonna kill you."

"Bastard." I groaned shooting at him but he dodged the bullet, kicking the gun from my hands.

"Didn't the CIA teach you how never to fight with emotions?" He smirks and brought out a gun.

"Any last words?" He pointed the gun at me but I was quick to throw a knife at him that stabbed his stomach.

He groaned in pain and proceeded to pull the trigger at me but I held the gun kicking his bleeding stomach.

He groans as he vomited blood falling to the ground. He proceed to bring out another gun but I was quick to shoot the gun out of his hands.

I gave him a punch on his head that made him go unconscious. I held his two hands and handcuff him.

I groan looking at my bleeding arms. My phone rings and I swipe the answer icon.

☎ "Stewart I thought I told you to stay put." That was my captain.

☎ "He fooled us all. Had I not gotten here on time, he would have probably shot her on the head."

☎ "You've got him?"

☎ "Yeah."

☎ "Bring him in."

☎ "Aye Captain." I cut the call.

I know you guys may be wondering why am here? Let's just say we've been following a lead on Beatrice.

             🌴2 Weeks Ago🌴

"Sir I really think we should keep an eye on Stacy. The De la Rosa's might want to harm her." I spoke to the assistant director.

"I know you care about her safety but as it stands, the case doesn't concern the U.S."

"What if I say it does?"

"What do you mean?"

"Remember the case of the mysterious death of the Scott's?"

"Yeah. Those are one of the cases that remain a puzzle."

"Well I know what killed them and how they died."

"There was only one suspect and that happened to be Beatrice De la Rosa, but that was only a suspicion cause there was no evidence to nail her down."

"Exactly. But it might interest you to know that they died of food poisoning. The poison was a fast killer that worked by destroying all the internal organs. It takes approximately twenty minutes for the person to drop dead and extremely impossible to detect in the body."

"How did you manage to solve this case?"

"That is because that was the same poison she tried to kill Stacy with when she was in coma. I managed to steal a sample of the poison before she left that day. A couple of tests were run on the poison and we found out that that was the exact poison she used to kill the Scott family."

"I suspect that she killed his family cause he was the father of her unborn child and he denied it. So you see, this case officially concerns the US." I explained further.
