{It's from bad to worse}
🌹CLARISSA POV🌹I watch Max panting heavily as he got down from me. We just had sex and he's really lame at fucking. Caleb is so much better than him and I'm definitely gonna get him back.
"So what about what we talked about on the phone?" I ask as I watch him lit up a cigerate stick. He puffs out smoke from his mouth and smirks.
"I did tell you that I've got that under control. She's gonna drop dead on her fucking wedding day." A smile crept up on my face as he said that.
"Her wedding day? Why wait till her wedding day?"
"No need to rush things. Besides, the CIA is on our tail. They know our plans but trust me, I already beat them to the game."
"The CIA? What do they want? This certainly doesn't concern them."
"That I don't know but once Stacy comes out of the church with her husband, on the very third step she takes, she is gonna get a bullet in her head." He smirks.
"That's exactly what I want. I want her dead." I smile. Stacy won't know what hit her. Too bad she won't be alive to watch me take Caleb. Rest in pieces Stacy!
🌹STACY POV🌹
I open my eyes and look around confused. The noise emanating from my room was deafening.
I look at Cynthia still feeling sleepy. She was busy ringing a loud bell.
"Sleepy head. You're finally awake." I pout and look at her.
"Why disturb my beauty sleep?" I still felt a bit dizzy.
"You seem to be forgetting something. Today is your wedding." She giggles and I immediately sprang out of the bed upon hearing today was my wedding.
"Oh my God. Don't tell me I'm late for my wedding?"
"Don't be ridiculous, you are not. Just go take a good bath."
"Ok." I giggle into the bathroom. Today I'm finally getting married to the man of my dreams.
I pick up my toothbrush and applied the toothpaste on it. I brush my teeth and scrub my tongue. I rinse off my mouth once I was done.
I take off my clothes and turn on the shower. I smile as the water kiss my skin. I apply the liquid soap on my sponge as I wash off all the dirt on my skin.
After bathing, I step out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped around my body.
I walk into the room as my gaze land on Kylie, Mom, Cynthia and two other maids. They were all dressed up. Why do I feel like I'm the only one left out?
"Good morning Mom." I greet her as I wave at Kylie.
"Good morning honey. Hope you slept well?"
"Of course mom. I slept like a baby." I smile.
"Hey Kylie." I smile at her. They all bowed greeting me.
"My princess, the queen asked us to help you get ready." I roll my eyes at her.
"Kylie, you don't really need to act formal around me. You are my friend remember?"
"All the same. You're getting married to the prince. We definitely don't fit in the same class." She says with her head bowed
"I will have you beheaded for saying that. That's bullshit. Class or no class you will always be my friend."
"You will definitely make a good queen someday." She tells me and I smile at her hugging her.
"Thanks Kylie."
"Hey enough with the emotional stuff. Don't keep Caleb waiting." Mom says smiling.
I smile as they help me get into my dress. The maids painted my toe and finger nails. I watch as the maids clad my feet with a white stilettos heels.
I really don't like artificial eyelashes so Kylie just applied an eye mascara.
I never knew she was a make up artist. After she was done with the make up, I couldn't recognize myself.
"Wow Stacy, you look so gorgeous." Cynthia mouthed.
"Yeah I know right. Thanks Kylie." I tell her she smiles.
I put on a gold heart chandelier earrings and put on the necklace Dorothy gave me. The earrings go with the necklace. I really wish she were here but since she can't be my bridesmaid, this is the least I can do for her.
"Your veil?" Mom says as she helped me put it on. It was a chantily lace cathedral veil with a blusher.
I smile as I look at myself in the mirror. I remember what mom said to me last night.
"Stacy I can't believe you're finally getting married. It has always been my dream to see you get married and I'm happy that that dream is about to come to reality." Mom sobbed.
"Seriously Mom, it's a joyous thing why then are you crying?" I asked.
"Its tears of joy my dear. Stacy, Caleb is a good man and he loves you a lot. I want you to be the best wife to him ok? Do not neglect him and his needs no matter what happens."
"I won't mom. I love Caleb so much"
"That's good to hear. Honey, don't you think its high time you forgave your father?"
"Mom I've forgiven him." I shrug.
"Stacy when your father left you weren't the only one hurt, I was too. But I forgave him. Remember he's the one who is gonna walk you down the aisle tomorrow?"
"Mom why can't you do that? After all you were the one who took care of me and not him."
"I forbid you from saying such a thing. Stacy your dad loves you and he's sorry. I just hope you won't realize that when its too late."
"Mom..."
"Get some sleep honey, tomorrow is your big day. Good night." She pecked my forehead.
I guess now is the time to let bygones be bygones. Its time to move on and stop dwelling on the past. Its now or never.
"Stacy let's head out. You don't want to be late for your wedding." I smile as we head out with Cynthia holding my long wedding gown.
We walk into the sitting room where dad was seated probably waiting for mom. They are gonna go in a different car.
He was in a black tuxedo suit while mom was in a red strap gown. I must admit, they both looked good together.
He looked up and smiled seeing me.
"Stacy... I ..."
"Dad, I forgive you." I tell him in smiles.
"Are you for real? Thank you so much Stacy." I hugged him and mom joined in the hug.
I felt a huge burden lifted off my heart as I forgave him wholeheartedly. Grudge is a burden and forgiveness is freedom.
..........
Now that Stacy has forgiven her Dad, will she die after her wedding? Watch out for the next chapter!!!!!
