Meeting the Justice League

They somehow managed to distract Marinette. She was now happily looking at the variety of clothes, toys and pastries in the mall. There was no one in the mall because it was owned by the Waynes. So they just shut the whole mall down for anyone other than them. From inside, Dick and Jason were pitying Bruce who was probably getting the wrath of the power named Alfred but he did a very poor job and, made Alfred's star cry so maybe he deserved it. They went home with lots and lots of shopping bags.

 They didn't see Bruce that day or at Lunch or at Dinner. Marinette felt guilty and locked herself in her room. Bruce returned very late in the night. They picked the lock to see a sleeping Marinette curled up as a ball in the room corner. They cuddled close to her as they all slept peacefully.

 Next morning, Bruce went downstairs earlier than the kids. Marinette rubbed her eyes to see herself in a bed with Dick and Jason hugging her. They opened their eyes hearing Marinette wake up. 

"Good Morning Pixie." Jason ruffled her hair.

 "Get ready, It's almost time for breakfast." Dick said looking at the clock.

 "Alfred will come in in 1," Jason said 

"2." Dick said.

 "And 3." Marinette giggled as Alfred came inside just in time. "Good Morning Grandpa Alfie!" 

"Good morning children . Come Down. Breakfast is ready." At that they all went to separate bathrooms and hurriedly washed their faces, brushed their teeth. Jason picked Marinette up."Let's go." 

When they reached the dining table, Marinette was surprised to see a smiling Bruce sitting on his usual seat with a newspaper. "Mon chou, you are awake." 

He made his way towards Marinette but she just hid behind Dick. Bruce's smile faltered. "I am sorry mon cher. I have a surprise for you." Bruce tried.

 She slowly came out from behind Dick. She watched his encouraging smile. She looked at Bruce to see his love filled eyes and he was clearly sorry. 

She hugged him. "Mon cher, do you want to sit in my lap?" Bruce said.

 "Yes dada." Said Marinette

. She sat in his lap and finished her breakfast. When they finished. Bruce picked her up and smiled,"Let's see your surprise."

 She giggled at his tone. They went to bat-cave. There was something on the table wrapped up with a big ribbon. 

"Pull the ribbon Mon cher." She pulled the ribbon to reveal a full uniform of her size. It was black, blue and pink

. She squealed in excitement. "Put it on cupcake." Dick said, jumping on his toes.

 She came back and did a twirl. Dick jumped excitedly and Jason cooed. "You look adorable....." 

"Think of a name mon chou. We are going to meet the Justice league."

 Marinette turned to him with stars in her eyes,"Really!!!!" 

"Yes Mon chou." 

"Umm." She thought for some time. 

"Baby bat." Jason said, happy with the nickname.
