Operation 2-1: Oh Great Lungmen

The great bustling city of Lungmen is just one of the many nomadic cities that roam all over Terra. Under the governance of Wei Yenwu, Lungmen thrives greatly compared to the other cities.

To the infected there, they are given better treatment than the ones in Ursus. Though they are still prejudiced like always, no change whatsoever, living off from scraps in the dirty dens of the slums.

Ever since the Reunion attack in Ursus, the surviving citizens from the broken city fled towards Lungmen for safety, infected and non-infected people alike. But the lurkers of Reunion will take this opportunity to use the migration as a means of infiltration.

To them, Ursus wasn't enough, Reunion's next target is Lungmen.

So as a way to prevent the attack from happening, Rhodes Island decided to aid Lungmen by aiding in patrols and strengthening strict scouting protocols. But they aren't allowed to do it yet if they don't have the permission from Chief Wei.

So that is why a meeting must be held to discuss these matters.

At an open ground in the city, an airship descends as many soldiers of the LGD warp under it. As the vehicle lands, the hatch opens to reveal both Tempest and Dr. Kal'tsit.

They step down from the vehicle as a soldier approaches them.

"Welcome to Lungmen. Are both of you the affiliates from Rhodes Island?"

"Indeed we are, although it will be me who will meet with the chief whereas he is just my escort to this place." Kal'tsit mentions.

"I see, well follow me and I'll lead you to Chief Wei." He said as he motions them to follow.

Kal'tsit clears her through before looking back at a blank Tempest.

"Looks like I'll be seeing you doctor." Tempest said.

"Right, return after three hours. Don't be late." She said before walking away towards the building in front of them.

Finally been given the leisure time he was promised, Tempest then looks around him as he sees the skyline of the buildings up above.

"Well then, time to see how great Lungmen is."

In the shopping district just near the base of the LGD, a feline with blonde drills wearing the senior uniform of the LGD with a beret on top, taps her foot in annoyance at the task that she's been given.

"Grr, why am I stuck in patrol duty. I am a senior superintendent for pete's sake!" The woman huffs before continuing her walk.

"This is so damn frustrating, why let that woman run things with the chief instead of me? And i'm supposed to meet Hoshiguma later for what, more boring work?!" Her expression tensed up even more. "This su- oof!"

She bumped into someone in front of her as she wasn't paying attention to the path, making her fall to the ground butt first.

"Ow..." She rubs her rump as she looks up with malice. "Hey! What's the big ide....a?"

"Are you alright miss?"

The feline stares in awe at the man stretching his arm towards her. She was captivated by his red eyes and pristine features, her instincts going wild over his looks.

"I-Im fine.." She replied still in a daze while she grabs his hand for support. 'H-He's hot!'

She dusts herself off when the man suddenly bows.
