"How many years has it been? Five? Yeah I think it was five years since I last saw you." W said while walking in circles around Tempest.
The mood between the two of them were very quite unmatched, and that's because they themselves feel different towards each other.
"Yeah... it has been a few years." Replied Tempest as his eyes squint in oddity towards the girl circling him as they stood in the middle of a clearing littered with the dead bodies of Reunion soldiers.
As you can see, the relationship they both have is quite a mix. Tempest thinks of her as a memory he doesn't want to see ever again, thus his behavior towards her was clearly crude. And for W, she thinks of him as her lost source of entertainment and most importantly, excitement.
"How have you been these past years? From what I see, you've completely changed the way you look and feel." She remarked as she brushed her hand across his back.
"I'll take that as a compliment."
"Oh but that's a bad thing." Her tone was whiny. "The anger burning in your eyes has lost its fire, the heavy pressure you emitted when you lead the Reunion charge is now non existent, even the strict and indomitable leader of many who gave Reunion the idea of plundering Chernobog is now working for a pharmaceutical company, it's like the person I knew back then was no more, was it due to being in Rhodes Island?" She smirked.
"...what are you trying to play here.." He said with venom. "Get straight to the point and talk."
"Oh we will..." W stopped circling around him as her back was now display in front of him. "I want to talk..."
"Then start talking-"
"But not with you." She said monotonously.
Just with that sentence, it made Tempest stutter in his thoughts.
"I'm not here to talk with Tempest, nor I am here to talk with Y/N." She faced him, now bearing a devilish smile. "I'm here to talk with Vortex..."
"...what are you saying..." He looked conflicted.
"Stop being hard to get. You are not Vortex Y/N, the one who I am seeking is him, not you." She added.
"Stop being delusional." He said with hints of irritation. "Vortex... he's dead. I killed him five years ago-"
"But did you really though? The way I see it is that you are preventing anyone from seeing him, or most likely, ignoring the things he did by clearing up his name." She went near him as she closed in on his face just stopping a few inches. "I don't need Tempest, I need Vortex."
"SHUT UP!!" Tempest yelled. "Stop messing with me! I already told you that he's gone for good, he's already buried six feet under. I took him to his grave and buried him down in the abyss where no one could find him. Vortex is long gone W!"
"That is where you're wrong..." She said as if his little outburst didn't faze her. "I know where he is, and I know just how to bring him out~"
In a split second, W grabbed his collar and pulls it down as their lips collide. She moved her own inside his mouth as she quickly made work of it, drowning in the taste of his saliva.
But..
"Mmph!" W gagged for she couldn't breathe.
Tempest had grabbed W's neck and forced her to the ground with a loud bang, his grip choking the life out of her as the lowly girl squirmed pathetically.
"Don't.. kiss.. me.. ever.. again.. Wanami..."
The tone of his voice was cold and deadly, his eyes were piercing her as his red crimson colors was replaced with a dull sheen reminiscent of blood. The air around them felt lighter, as if the oxygen wasn't entering the area around them.
