Chapter 23

Carlos POV

I just arrived back home after being away on a club run for two weeks which felt more like months since I had a lot of shit to deal with, anyway I walk into the house before walking into the living room where I see Amy laying on the couch asleep, and I walk over to the other couch to get a blanket before walking over to Amy then place the blanket over her. I decide to go for a shower so I go to the bathroom then turned the shower on before stripping off then got in, after my shower I put on a pair of sweatpants along with a top before going back downstairs then made my way to the kitchen where I made myself a coffee before going to sit in the living room. 

I was on my phone texting some of the club members when the front door opened then closed again, Pedro walks into the living room with Scar they both look at Amy who is still currently sleeping on the couch before noticing me on the other. 

"DADDY. YOUR BACK!"  Scar shouts while running towards me.

"Hi princess. Yes I'm back" I tell her while smiling. 

Scar jumps on the couch before giving me a hug, Pedro walked out of the living room before going upstairs then I notice that Amy is awake watching Scar and I with a smile on her face, and I smiled back at Amy who looks amazing even though she's just woke up from a nap. 

"How was your trip?" Amy asked me while yawning. 

"It was exhausting. I'm glad to be home because I really missed you and Scar" I tell her while getting off the couch. 

"Where are you going?" Scar asked me with a worried look. 

"I'm going to the kitchen to make mummy a coffee" I tell her in a gentle tone. 

I waked into the kitchen where I made Amy's coffee, after I made Amy's coffee I went into the living room then gave Amy her coffee before sitting on the couch next to her, and Amy smiled at me then her smile faded when Pedro walked into the living room which made me give her a confused look but she gave me a confused look. 

"I'm going to my room to do my homework" Scar says in a quiet voice. 

"Okay. If you need help let me know" Amy tells her which made Scar nod. 

Scar went upstairs to her room, I started thinking how the mood changed in the room when Pedro walked into the room but then again I could be overthinking so I won't say anything I say to myself, and I noticed that Amy was glaring at Pedro as he sat down on the couch which made me question that. 

"What's happened?" I ask no one in particular.

"Nothing" Pedro says a little quickly, which made me raise my eyebrow at him. 

"Nothing?" Amy questions him with her head titled slightly. 

"Yes nothing" Pedro says through gritted teeth. 

"You think hitting Scar is nothing?" Amy questions him while slightly raising her voice. 

"WHAT?!" I shout at them both since no one told me. 

"I didn't mean it" Pedro says casually. 

"YOU HIT MY FUCKING DAUGHTER BUT YOU DIDN'T MEAN IT?!"  I scream at him while thinking is he really fucking stupid. 

"Scar wasn't listening to me while I was telling her to tidy her room" Pedro says tries to give a valid reason. 

"I DON'T GIVE A SHIT WHAT SCAR WAS DOING. IT DOESN'T GIVE YOU A RIGHT TO HIT HER NOTHING EVER GIVES ANYONE THE RIGHT TO HIT HER!"  I shout at him since he should never raise his hand to my child and I need to calm down before I end up punching the fuck out of him. 

"She was being a brat and Amy wasn't doing anything about it so yeah I slapped her" Pedro says like it's nothing.
