Living With Bikers

Chapter 29

*Carlos POV*

I have been on a club run for over a week now, I go back home tomorrow which is good since I have been missing Amy and the kids. I was packing up somethings before going on my bike when my phone started to ring, I looked at the caller ID to see Scar's name across the screen which made me slightly confused since Scar never phones me, and I answer the call. 

*Phone call*

Scar: "Dad, I can't get in the house." 

Me: "Is the door locked?" 

Scar: "Yes. The spare key isn't under the mat either." 

Me: "Scar stay at the front door, I will send someone to come and get you." 

Scar: "Okay. Dad can you stay on the phone until the person comes?" 

Me: "Of course I will." 

I quickly sent Jeremy a text telling him to go to the house, take Scar to the club house and check  everything is okay at the house afterwards. I started thinking why would the door be locked when Amy knows that Scar will be home from school by now, I just hope nothing bad has happened even though I have a very bad feeling something has, and I just really want to be sure that Amy and Miguel are safe since I already know Scar is. 

Me: "Scar. Jeremy is on his way and won't be long."

Scar: "Dad, I know you've always told me I don't need to be scared when you're around but you're not around and neither is mum. I'm scared right now." 

Me: "Scar you don't ever have or need to be scared, I might not be there right now but I have friends that make sure that you don't feel that way while your mum or I aren't there." 

Scar: "Jeremy is here!" 

Me: "That's good. Scar go with Jeremy and call me when you want to okay?" 

Scar: "What if your busy?" 

Me: "Scar. I'm never busy when it come to you or your mum." 

Scar: "Okay dad. I love you and will see you soon."

Me: "Yes you'll see me soon and I love you too." 

I let Scar end the call before I went into my phone and clicked on Amy's name then pressed call. The phone was ringing but no answer which was really not usual, I decided to call Amy three more times but the same thing kept happening the call would go to voicemail which is strange. I went on my bike before starting the engine, the rest of the guys do the same before I rode down the street towards the hotel, the ride was only 20 minutes long. I booked into the hotel before going to my room since I want to be alone right now while waiting for Jeremy's call on what is happening at the house, while waiting on the phone call I went for a shower. 

I got out of the shower just as my phone starting ringing, I looked at the caller ID to see Jeremy's name, I answered the call before mentally preparing myself for what he has to say.

*Phone call*

Me: "What happened?" 

Jeremy: "I'm not sure because the back door is kicked down, also the bedroom door to your room has been kicked down as well."

Me: "Someone broke in?" 

Jeremy: "It looks like it but nothing seems to be damaged apart from the doors so  don't think it's a robbery, it seems like they were after Amy and obviously she's been taken along with Miguel." 

Me: "Check the footage camera all over the house, the main system is up in the loft."

Jeremy: "You've got camera's in your house? I will do that right away then I will let you know what I find" 

Me: "Yes, I have camera's all over my house. Good now get to work." 

I ended the call after that, I went through to Harry's room after knocking on his door but Harry was lying on the bed going through his phone. I flung a scrunched up tissue at him which got his attention. 

"What was that for?" Harry asked me. 

"Amy and Miguel are missing. Scar is safe since she is with Jeremy" I explain to him. 

"What do you mean by missing?" Harry questions me unsure.

"Well the back door and my bedroom door is kicked down, Amy isn't anywhere to be seen so I'm guessing that she has been taken somewhere" I explain to him.  

"What are you doing about it?" Harry asks me. 

"One more question that comes out of your mouth, I'm going to shoot you. I have Jeremy looking over the camera footage from the house" I tell him. 

"Scar is safe though?" Harry asked me

"Yes. Scar is safe but you might not be if you don't stop asking questions" I say before walking out of the room.
