Christmas is a happy day for everyone - except the Todoroki family. And they had their own reasons. For one, Christmas symbolizes family - which for them, is broken. And two, the youngest one was born on this day, and died on this day 3 years ago. And unluckily for them, Christmas was right around the corner.
"Hey Todoroki-kun."
"Yes Midoriya?"
"Do you have any plans for Christmas?"
"No."
"Class 1A is going to meet up at the park at 6 pm. Wanna join us?"
"Uhh, I'll let you know tomorrow."
"Alright! Hope the answer's yes. Bye!"
The short broccoli went to Momo.
"He said he'll think about it!"
"Wait, really? He usually just says no."
"Yeah!"
"Awesome. We have to tell the rest."

Todoroki didn't know if he wanted to go or if he wanted to stay at his house. He really didn't want to stay at his house since it would remind him of his family, a huge messed up thing. Abusive dad, "crazy" mom, two dead brothers and two other siblings he never really got to do anything with. At least Class 1A felt like family. But then again, he might have training that day.
The day passed by quickly, and before he knew it, Todoroki was at home. Endeavor came in.
"I'll be leaving tomorrow for a few weeks. Make sure you keep training. If I come back to see you aren't..."
Shoto nodded.
"Got it father."
He couldn't believe his luck. He felt elated, until flaming trash bag said it was time to train.

The next day, he entered class early. Slowly, his classmates started trickling in. Todoroki looked up when he heard a voice.
"What's your answer?"
"I can go."
"Yessss! Momo! He's going!"
"Oh my god! Everyone! Shoto's coming!"
"Ooooh, really?" Mina asked.
"Yeah."
"That's manly dude." The god of manliness said.
"Yay! The dekusquad will finally be all together!" Uraraka squealed.
Todoroki was surprised. They actually wanted him with them?
"Uhh, Todoroki-kun. We all are bringing something to the park since we want to have a picnic there. Could you bring something?"
"Soba."
"No."
"Yes."
"No."
"Yes."
"Yes."
"No. Wait..."
The whole class started laughing. Todoroki smiled as he watched them.
"Yes."
