you and klaus werent particularly fond of horror movies, but sometimes you both were in the mood to give one a go and see what would happen.
because of klaus's extreme fears horror movies werent the best for him, and you being the scaredy cat you were, it was also a bad idea to watch them. but in some ways they were a good way to get over the slightest of fears.
horror movie nights would involve you and klaus tangled in blankets and each others arms, getting prepared for the jump scares or frightening scenes. you both would cover your eyes when suspense was building and then scream as soon as the horror came. although it was confronting, this usually ended in you and klaus laughing at how timid you two were acting.
if the movie was too much for klaus you would instantly turn the movie off and hold him tight. youd rub his back in a comforting motion and allow him to relieve his fears by crying on your shoulder. you would stay like that until you knew he was no longer frightened or worried about any of the things that were trying to distress him.
