To boost your productivity, it is the small habits that really makes a difference , you would need to add into your list things that makes your daily life meaningful as much possible so you feel you can do/achieve anything: goals, tasks that you have never done and bad habits for self-improvement. Know that one day if you do some work on your progress things will definitely come back to you for the best! :)
Here are few tips that helped me to reduce stress and tackle in many difficult situations.
BREATHE : So simple, we must remember to breathe well to relax our mind. You may think that everyone breathes well no matter as long as they do it .
Our mind is one the complex part of our brain which is really important to take care of it ,so try to breathe( deep breathing ) - as much as you can for at least 5 minutes or 10 minutes with use of meditation. Take your time whenever you can and then, carry on with your day. The benefits of breathing well is that it helps to strengthen and boost the attention span and also to focus better.
DIARY/BULLET JOURNAL one of the things that I really regret since I was a teenager is not being able to write my feelings/thoughts in a simple diary for many reasons.I was never good at expressing my own feelings/thoughts just by writing. However, in the past 1.5 years, I finally started to write on my diary/bullet journal and things started to change for the better. You can't imagine how it helped so much whenever I felt down or stressed.So, have your own diary and write about anything about your life, thoughts, people, places that makes you always feel happy/sad. I suggest you to put in a safe place where nobody can read it if it is too personal.
MEDITATION/PRAYER : Prayer is so important for our soul for nourishment and purity. It purifies your heart and intentions.Therefore, pray as much as you can even though you feel you are lazy or you don't feel like it. Pray because it makes you feel better. It is so helpful to always pray and have a connection with God that gives you a sense of relief, peace, tranquility and love. Try to pray in a really quiet place whether is your room or a place of worship as long as you have the intention of prayer.
On the other side, If you don't believe in God ( which is totally fine), try to do some relaxation methods of meditation such as deep breathing and concentration. It has actually been proved that meditation increases positive emotions and focus that helps with anxiety, stress and depression, so try and see if it works for you and if you do not want to try, write all your thoughts in a diary or on your mobile and see if it helps you to make positive impact in your life. Pretend that you are talking to a friend and you are saying many things about what's going on in your life, this way you understand more better your thoughts and emotions. So pray as much as you can and practice mediation/yoga to decrease the speed of your own thoughts and see if it helps you to make an impact in you life.
GRATITUDE
Be grateful for everything, even the small little things. Use this power gratefulness of the things that you have in your life( family, friends, clothes and every good things that you are surrounded with good things).The more you are grateful, the more patient you become and the more you complain less. So practice gratitude for both your physical and mental health wellness. Studies has shown that practicing gratitude can increase happiness, reduce depression. It decreases blood pressure, helps you to live longer, higher self-esteem and you also attract so many positive things in your life. So, give it a go, you will be very thankful that you did.
YOGA/EXERCISE
There are many different types of exercises that are good for you depending no matter how busy you are with your life. I suggest you one of these tips here below to make your daily exercise routine better. So what are the health benefits of exercise?
1)Helps you control weight
2)reduces the risk of heart disease(such as cholesterol and coronary disease. Regular exercise can lower blood pressure and triglycerides levels

Same as exercise, yoga has been giving many potential benefits for the health. Therefore, if you want to practice yoga instead of exercise , watch some videos online which yoga practices are easy for you by at least spending 10-15 minutes of simple yoga practices see if it helps you to relax your body and mind.
