The second tip I would suggest is to do self care and habits that makes your day right. How many people always start their day without even taking care of themselves? Most of them, they would not. That is the reason why I will be writing you tips so you can and improve your daily self-care to have a healthy and successful productive day.

Have a good night sleep: yes you heard me right. Many of  us are really tempted to use all types of technology that without realizing, we tend to spend hours and hours in social media and other platforms. We waste so much time in useless things that does not benefit us at all. Therefore, putting away you phone in a safe place could be a better option if you want to go bed early  and start your day right and  if you do not want to ruin your eyes that much by using your phone, try to put the screen on blue light mode that  you can find on the bottom of your phone and that helps anyone  from sleeping late. 

Now if you are suffering from insomnia and have trouble sleeping, why not switch your bad late night cravings into healthy soup or herbal teas. Herbal teas such as chamomile and lavender are best know for their use as sleep aid and in the relief for stress , anxiety and good digestion. Soups are known to help you stay warm, relaxed that makes you sleep better. To add up , going to sleep early not only it helps us to give us relaxation or boost of energy but also make our day much productive happier and positive. 

Overall, the daily requirement of how many hours a person should sleep shall be around  7-8 hours. Research have shown that people has a higher chance to suffer from a chronic disease if the sleep is not well balanced  such as Alzheimer(disease that causes a person to have memory loss. So make sure  take care of yourself , eat and sleep  well! :)

Do you feel that waking up late makes you moody and sleepy that makes your day quite tiring ?sounds similar? Having a good night sleep is much important as waking up early.  To start off your day with full of energy, try to wake up early sometimes until it helps you make a habit out of it and try to  add it into your routine which means you will help your body to adapt in its new sleep routine.

 Waking up early gives almost the same benefits as sleeping early because It helps you to get things done on time and stay on track, you see the world in a better view. Now , If you are a student whether you are in school or university and want to have better score for your test, this is definitely good option. Not only it helps you to concentrate during lessons but also helps you to remember more the topics that you studied on the subjects, get better grades, be prepared in advance  and you are more likely to get less stressed during exams so Don't give up ! :)

Lastly but not least, having a good eating habits can also make a difference in your daily . Do not worry I am not suggesting you to go on a diet and eat always healthy XD , not at all! We can all make a difference by changing small habits into our daily routine. It is totally fine to have cravings in a while sometimes ,but we shouldn't exaggerate, right?

 Caffeine, for example, it can give you so many side effects if it is consumed too much. So, in my opinion it is best to switch with green tea or Matcha, I  would suggest to have at least 2-3 times after eating every day  for best results .

What I love mostly about green tea is that it improves the functions of brain which means it helps with concentration/memory , it helps you to improve mood, cognition and many more!So definitely try it.  I cannot recommend any other herbal teas to be honest, it is truly the best tea I have ever had in my life, trust me you won't regret ! :)
