"I sorta want to back out to, so I'd leave with you."

"I'd be disappointed and drag each of you to the tower."

"Point taken!" I exclaim, let's go."

"Where are you going Penis? And I bet you're gonna back out of whatever it is."

"How much Eugene?" MJ smirks a bit while I sighed and slung my backpack over my shoulder.

"What?"

"How much money do you bet?"

"50 bucks."

"Deal, come on losers."

As we're walking down the hallway I ask them, "Can we stop at Delmars on the way? I need to grab something."

"Yeah, I want to see the cat."

"Same here."

As we're turning the corner someone runs up behind us before talking to me. "Where are you going anyways Parker?"

"Rethinking the bet?"

"What? Pfft not at all Michelle, are you? Just wondering though."

Ned glances over at me questionin the answer and I shrug, MJ seems to be fine.

"An internship for Stark Industries."

"Yeah right."

MJ rolled her eyes before just walking off muttering, "He is so incredibly dense it's a wonder he can read."

Ned and I laughed as we caught up to her and left Flash with his mouth wide open, aghast.

We continued the walk to Delmar's in silence all thinking about something, most likely the internship.

"There's a march in D.C. next week, on international women's day. So over spring break," so not the internship in MJ's case. "Do you guys want to come?"

"I'll talk to May but I think I can go. What's it for?"

"I think I can go to, my parents haven't mentioned anything about plans but I'll let you know if it changes."

"Nice, it's a women's march."

Ned and I nod and we fall back into silence in the few minutes before we get to the deli.
