"Jusko ang babata, ang lalandi! Mag-aral muna mayo, susmaryosep." An old lady said.
"Inggit ka lang yata la, eh." Did he just say that? This little shit. I pinched his hand.
"Aba't?! Na'ko mga kabataan nga naman ngayon. Buti pa nung araw ko, may respeto pa kami sa nakakatanda! Humanda kang bata ka. Naku, naku." She rushed away, with her walking stick slightly trembling.
"Why would you say that? Ang bastos nun!" I scolded.
"She started it. Saka di excuse yung pagiging matanda niya. It's 2020. Uso equality." He said jokingly.
"If you stay like that, I'm taking it back. Bahala ka diyan."
"Sabi niya malandi saw tayo! Okay lang if she said na malandi ako, but not you. Ako kaya lumalandi sayo. Bat damay ka pa?" Napahilot ako sa sintodo ko.
"Listen, I appreciate your concern, pero okay lang naman yun. Nagpalalandi ako sayo, so malandi na din ako. Also, hindi yun excuse para maging rude ka, okay?" I sighed, and paused for a second. "If you keep being like that, hanggang manliligaw ka na lang."
Sinuntok niya ang pader at sumigaw, "Fuck, shit, sorry. I'm so sorry, I'll never be rude again! I promise. Ipapahanap ko yung babae just to say sorry, promise. Please don't, huhu." Trembling with bloody hands, he stood there looking pitiful.
"Ayos lang po ba kayo, miss? I can call the guards to take him away, Kung gusto mo." Someone asked, concerned.
"It's fine, he'll be paying for the damages, so ayos lang din. Sorry for the broken wall. Nage-emote kase eh." I explained, embarrassed.
"We'll hand over the bill later, miss. Thank you." She smiled, looking relieved that we were paying.
"Arch, please stop, you look very stupid right now. I'm going to leave if you don't." Panakot ko.
"No, baby. Dapat di ko na sinuntok yung pader. I'm begging you don't leave me. I'll do anything." He kneeled down in front of me, with tears in his red eyes. His hands held mine tightly, almost too tight.
I sighed, shook his hands off me and left. Is he high? Should I be concerned? Should I seek help for him? Is he having mental issues?
"Baby, I'm begging you, please don't leave! I'll change for you, please stay with me! Why won't you stay with me?" He grabbed my leg, refusing to let go.
"You have to, this is for the both of us, okay? You have to endure. I promise I'll come back for you. Don't lose hope." I kicked his face. He was sprawled on the ground, again, looking pathetic.
The security guards started to take him. I hurried out, baka isama ako. Di ko po kilala yan.
An hour passed, he went out of the office. It looked like he was finally back to his senses. He looked embarassed, red faced.
"I have to tell you something." He announced seriously. I gestured for him to go on.
"I have this disease called cringey Wattpad boy syndrome or CWB syndrome. It's rare for me to have an episode, sorry you had to see that. I hope you don't change your mind about me." Paliwanag niya.
"What is this CWB syndrome? Please explain further into detail." said.
"It makes me punch walls most of the time. My parents had to fix up my room a lot of times before. It also makes my eyes red, and makes me cry." He paused. "Minsan, pinapaluhod niya ako at pinagsasalita ng kung ano-ano. Hindi naman ako inaatake sa public most of the time."
"Go on, continue."
"It all started when I read a Wattpad book that Rei forced me to read. After that, I adapted the actions the guys do in the book. Remember when you saw me buy Wattpad books last time? Kailangan ko yun para hindi ako magkaepisode."
"Is there a cure for that? Totoo ba talaga yan?" I doubted.
"Yes, my psychiatrist said kailangan lang daw mag-stay nung sinabihan kong mag-stay. After that, it should be cured." Sabi niya.
"Okay, that's a lot to take in, but um okay. Oh wow, I don't know what to say."
"Ayos lang, naiintindihan ko naman. I know it's shocking and unbelievable. Parang nagsisinungaling ako diba? I promise I'm not lying." He raised his hand, swearing.
"Naku, iho kawawa ka naman pala." A voice said from behind us.
"It's the lady from earlier! Go, mag-sorry ka na." I urged him. He nodded and stood up to face her.
"Hello po, gusto ko damang humingi ng tawad sa nangyari kanina. Nadala lang po talaga ako. Pasensya na po." Arion said, respectfully.
"Iho, napagtanto ko na tama pala Ang sinabi mo kanina. Naiinggit nga ako sa inyo. Gusto ko din ng kasama sa buhay, napakasakit dahil nung nakaraanang pumanaw ang asawa ko." She paused, and smiled psychotically. "Kaya isasama ko kayo sa kanya. HEUHEUHEHE!!1!!1!1."
Unti-unti siyang lumapit sa amin. Hawak niya sa kamay niya ay isang mahiwagang patpat. Tinutok niya ito sa amin at nagsimulang bumigkas;
"Lahat ng may jowa, sa kalawakan at mundo ay mawawala. Ashishukokugaosufugoooo!!#!!2!1!1" Sumayaw siya palibot sa amin, hanggang may usok na pumorma. Guess I'll die today. Damn it.
"Honestly, just kill me. Bilisan mo na po." I said. She laughed loudly. "Can't this get any faster?"
"Oo nga, la. Kung papatayin mo kami bilisan mo po. Busy kaming tao eh." Arion agreed.
"Avra Kedavra!" And at that second Arion was gone. Reduced to atoms.
"Ako din."
She pointed her wand at me. I felt my existence slowly dissapear. Darkness filled my vision, guess I'm dead, huh? Before my last bit of consciousness slipped, I saw Arion mouthing something.
"Labyu, bhie, see u next life. bye." And he did a finger heart.
