PRESENT DAY
"If this tornado picks up it could become an F5..." Cisco stated nervously
Drew ran her fingers through her hair and sighed, this situation was seemingly impossible, she thought.
Caitlin activated the earpiece in Barry's suit. "Barry, can you hear us?"
"Loud and clear, it's heading for the city, guys what can I do?" Barry responded.
Drew was deep in thought, but she came up short with ideas.
Cisco spoke up "You could unravel it. If you ran around it in the opposite direction, it'll work!"
Drew quickly calculated how fast Barry would have to go to unravel the tornado, when she got the number her eyes widened.
"He'd have to go at 700 miles per hour to accomplish that." She said doubtfully.
"Could the suit hold up?" Cisco questioned.
"It doesn't matter." Drew harshly stated. If Barry wanted to do this, no one could stop him, he's made up his mind, the suit doesn't matter.
"He'll die!" Carlin cried.
"I have to try" Barry said to us through his earpiece, his voice full of determination.
Then everything was silent, except for the sound of wind blowing through Barry's earpiece, which added to the suspense and Drew lightly tapped he fingers on the desk in anticipation.
Drew wasn't focused on anything but the sound of the wind, then she heard Barry's strained voice "It's too strong!" He yelled
"You can do this Barry!" Dr.Wells said encouragingly, neither Caitlin nor Cisco noticed Dr.Wells wheel his chair in the room so both of their heads whipped around, surprised.
"You were right, I am responsible for all of this." Dr. Wells continued "So may people have been hurt because of me, and when I looked at you all I saw was a potential victim of my hubris, and yes! I created this madness. But you! Barry, you can stop it. Now you can do this, run Barry! run!"
Well, that seemed to work
Drew waited in silence, as she didn't know what was going on.
A few minutes later Barry spoke through his earpiece.
"I'm ok! I did it, it's over!"
Drew sighed and laughed, he did it.
