Crush (Luffy)

I have no idea how it happened, but I fell for Luffy. I mean his brothers were really good looking, yet I chose Luffy to have a crush on. Let me explain.

Here are the brothers in a nutshell:

Thatch? He was a gentle giant who cared for everyone, but if someone messed with his brothers he could be the most intimidating person ever. So, he could be Jesus to Satan in .1 seconds. It was adorable, but Thatch is 29 years old, so he wouldn't bother with a kid like me. He ruffles my hair every time he sees me and calls me 'kid'... Which also means I really am a kid to him.

Marco? Marco is 27 years old. He looked like a pineapple which I thought was cute. I also thought the 'yoi' he adds to the end of sentences was funny and I sometimes mocked him and said 'yoi' when around him. I call him pineapple-boy as his nickname. He was the brother I could get rough with, the one I actually saw as my own older brother, so I could never really see me and him in a romantic relationship with each other, and even if I did he would reject me because I've heard him on multiple occasions say, "You're like the sister I never had," so Marco was out since that was the only way I could ever see him as, and we related to each other a lot.

Ace? Are you kidding me? Do I need to explain it? Yes, he was indeed hot, but that was the problem. He was a fuckboy, and the little shit was proud. Ace is 24 years old, and he still is a little kid mentally. Obviously, he wasn't a kid physically (😏) or girls would stop hanging around him. The boy was a sex-machine! So, yea I'm not gonna be with a fuckboy who probably has many intercourse related diseases going on down there. No thank you! Plus, I don't think he has any interest in a relationship. All he thinks about is sex, and that's all he wants from a girl. No less, no more.

Sabo? Well, I never had any issues with Sabo. Ace and Sabo are both 24 years old. Except Sabo was mature, unlike Ace. Sabo was perfect in every way possible, but... He is already dating someone. That someone is one of my best friends. Koala. Koala is 23 years old. Koala and Sabo made the perfect couple. They were the couple in which every girl wished for. In short, Sabo is taken, and I would never try to make Koala sad. So I didn't interfere and let them both be as happy as can be. They deserve it.

Luffy? Now we're down to my crush. The one that stole my heart. Luffy is 21 years old. Whereas I'm 22 years old. I'm a year older, but that didn't really matter. We did everything together since we were little. I met Luffy when I was 5 and he would always follow me around. In fact, he still does! Luffy is a goofball and that's probably why I fell for him. If I'm being honest, everything about him made me like him. His goofy childish grin, his scar that he purposely made to impress his idol Shanks, his hat in which he got from Shanks, his big appetite, his childish behavior. Just everything! He could do nothing and be the most cutest thing ever. I have no idea how he did it, but he reeled in my feelings for him. It's something only he's capable of doing and the uniqueness of him makes my feelings stronger.

"(Y/N)? Earth to (Y/N)!" I heard Koala calling me while waving her hand in my face.

"Huh?" I snapped out of my daze. "What's up Koala?" I said as if I was paying attention to her the whole time.

"Don't 'What's up' me! Did you even hear what I said!?" She pouted.

"Yea, I heard what you said," I responded as I feigned innocence.

"Ok, then please tell me what I said," She raised an eyebrow waiting for me to prove my innocence.

"As usual, it was something about Sabo," I replied calmly.
