7. Beach

Nishinoya's POV 🌸

"Pleaseee, babe!" I whined desperately.

"No!" [Y/N] refused.

You see, the Karasuno Volleyball Club was visiting the beach, cuz why not? And here I am, trying to persuade the stubborn girlfriend of mine, [Y/N], to come along!

I wasn't giving up, "C'mon, Princess! Don't be like that, I'll buy you anything there!" I blurted out without thinking.

She raised an eyebrow. "Anything?" she asked curiously.

"Anything!" I replied.

She paused for awhile, thinking.

"Hehehe...Anything you say, ay?" she asked with a little hint of evil.

Realising what I just said, I sighed, knowing that she'll probably use my money on her art supplies. Typical.

I huffed, "Anything! Anything, just for you~"

[Y/N] slightly blushed at my response and pursed her lips.

"Fine."

Upon hearing that, I stood up from the bed and cheered. "Yesss!! I got her to come along!" I cheered in victory, "Tanaka better give me the $20 he bet." I mumbled the last part though.

She rolled her eyes playfully and sighed. "Oh my God, Noya- Stop being so cute!!" She complained quietly.

Your POV 🌸

Why did I agree to this? Oh right, cause Noya said he'll buy me anything! I thought to myself, while picking out a swimwear for the beach.

I wasn't that type who wears those bikinis and stuff. I rather wear a swimsuit that's just presentable.

"Aghh..what do I wear?!" I yelled in frustration.

Noya got startled when he heard my sudden yell but laughed it off.

After what seems like an eternity, my brain managed to pull my few remaining brain cells together to pick out an outfit! Kinda proud of myself for this-

~At the beach~

"Ayy, Nishinoya!!" I heard a loud yell as soon as we stepped foot on the sand.

Obviously, the voice belonged to Tanaka.

Noya turned towards the direction of the voice and saw Tanaka waving his hands in the air.

His eyes lit up, "Ayy!!" he cheered.

As those two dorks were doing something stupid, I was talking with Sugawara under the big umbrella.

"You know [L/N], Nishinoya talks a lot about you during practices." he stated.

I nearly choked on my drink, "He does?"

Sugawara nodded, "He keeps bragging about how great artist you are. That's all he ever talks about 70% of the time."

I blushed slightly, I'm not used to someone brag about my skills.

"You seem like a person who'd be good at Art, just like how Nishinoya would say. The team needs a new banner for the Nationals, could you make us one?" He asked cautiously.

My eyes went wide. Me? Make a banner for Karasuno? For the Nationals?

I was unsure, "I'd love to! I'll see what I can do." I replied with a small smile.

Just then, a beach ball came flying towards my direction which resulted in hitting onto the side of my head.

"Ow!" I yell in pain.

"Ahh!! Sorry [L/N]!!" I heard a high pitched voice coming from the waters.

Apparently, it was Hinata.

I saw Noya running towards me, "Are you okay, baby?" he asked with a worried tone.

I smiled, "I'm fine. It was just a beach ball."

"Hey, babe! Let's play with Shoyo, Kageyama and Tanaka in the waters!" he exclaimed excitedly.

Dammit Noya, why are you so cute?

"Ugh, fine."

He smiled gleefully.

"I love you!"
