When I woke up from our nap, war of flashback dawned into me. I almost punched myself for being so greedy. Bacon cracked an eye open, smiling lazily to me. "Come on, let's get you cleaned up."

I led him to the bathroom and washed his whole body and made him change into comfy clothes. Bacon seemed to be hungry so we went downstairs and gave him something to eat. While he was eating, I went outside the house to buy something from the convenience store. When I started walking home, I pulled out my phone from my pocket and practiced. I only have one more week before the competition starts.

I am now standing in front of the gate, too immersed in this game when,

"Yeollie!" I almost dropped my phone when I head Bacon screaming. I rushed inside the house and he came running towards me.

Why? What happened? Is there a flying cockroach? Shit, I am scared of them, too!

"She's here!" he sobbed on my chest, gripping my shirt. "She? Who?" I looked around, trying to find 'her'. I'm sure that mom, dad, and noona are already sleeping so who is he seeing?

"Naoki. S-She's here to take me away from you!" Bacon hysterically shrieked, pointing outside the window. And true to his words, I saw a girl's figure vanishing into the dark. Fuck, I didn't get the chance to see her face. Shit, who the hell is she? I led Bacon inside our room while I dialed my friends' numbers. I don't care how deep the night is right now but I need to ask Kris hyung and the others if there's someone who's trying to take their pets, too.

"What? No, hyung. No one's been trying to steal my Lulu away." Sehun groaned, sleepiness evident on his voice. He was the last one to answer and all of them said no. Weird, why is she only after Bacon? "Okay, bye. See you tomorrow." I sighed, ending the call. I turned to look at Bacon's trembling body sitting beside me. He's thinking too much so I engulfed him into a hug.

"Yeollie, I'm scared." there, he started to sob for the third time today. I placed a kiss on his forehead, down to his nose. "No one will take you away from me, okay? You'll stay with me forever. You're mine." I assured him, making him feel relaxed. He nodded, lips trembled as he placed a kiss on my right cheek.

We stayed up all night, talking about anything he had in mind. Hearing him talk all day is my aesthetic. Seeing him smile, hearing him laugh, and everything. Fuck, Bacon is my ecstasy.

He was saying something about mermaids and he giggled. I didn't quite hear as I just watched his lips forming the words he is saying, my ears blocking out his voice. I smiled at him and pinched his fluffy cheeks.

And that's when I realized that I'm already falling in love with him.
