" Mama I said what would you like for breakfast?"
" I want fresh fried rice with plantain." " For breakfast!!! Okooo. Your son has already had his breakfast and he left to get something. When should I help you pack your things since you're leaving tomorrow?"
" I'm staying here for one month, since...." " Mama don't you have a house ni. Go back to your husband's house or did he kick you out?" Mama slapped Ada and her husband walked in.
" Mama good morning. Why are you crying, mama?" " It's this thing you call a wife. She slapped me."
" Ada is this true?" " Baby no she slapped see my face?" " But my mother is crying so explain?" Ada ran upstairs and changed her outfit and was about to leave the house.
" And where are you going, woman?" " Your mother hasn't even spent 72 hours with us and she is making my life a hell. I'm going somewhere to get freedom, to get away from this hell, and mama you can go and cook your food since you threw away the food yesterday and said it tastes bad."
" Dayo look at the woman you call a wife. Look at how she walked out of you. It's better you go and find another one, so she can bear me grandchildren."
" Mama, I can never ever trade Ada with anyone else or for anything. She is my life. The air that I breathe. If she leaves me I'm nothing. She made me a new man. She rearranged my life. She made me who I am today."

Dayo walked out of his mother and went chatting with his friends.
