"Mama can you cook me Jollof rice and coconut rice too. And you don't have a choice!" "Do I look like your maid or what Ife?" "Don't get me angry? I will slap your destiny out of you now if you don't do it."

"You want to slap me?" " Yes and no one will stop me from doing it. Do you think you're the only person who has madness for head abi? Me my own madness pass your own! And also leave Ada alone you this witch. Maybe your charm is working anymore."

"What charm are you talking about Ife?" "Ada you don't know? I go gist you now now. Some couple of months ago o met her at a herbalist place with one woman saying she wants to do something. I don't know who she did the spell on."

"MAMA YOU DID A CHARM?" "She doesn't have any kind of evidence."

Ife slaps mama. "Abeg I no want hear this nonsense go and cook my food for me." 

"Ife you need to reduce the way you're slapping her." "Ada you won't understand. That woman can frustrate someone's life. She can take away someone's life."  "I like the way we're getting along."  "It might not always be like this."

"Yes, but you know Yoruba people." "And this is one reason you shouldn't have married a Yoruba man. I don't know why you didn't marry Chucks. That boy is fine! He has money, name it."  "Mommy looks and money can't buy true love." "Whatever; that reminds me, your brother Chris is coming back from the UK with his family."

"Finally, after like 5 or 6 years." "I had to force him to come down here ok."

"Where's my husband?" " That's what I want to say. Your husband has been here for a long time and hasn't responded. We had to move him to a private hospital." "The name of the hospital please." "Here's their card the address is there." " The guy is in coma why would y'all move him? Anyway, thank you."

"I don't know why they had to move him. Some doctors are really stupid sometimes." "Watch where you're going, next time Woman." "I'm really sorry I wasn't paying attention to where I was.... stranger slaps Ada.

"I'm here for Adedayo. The guy that they brought here." "You're Ms. Adaego, room 30."

"Hi my love, I'm back again. I might not be able to stay longer,but I'm still here.  Why did you have to cheat on me? Why Ife mi? Why does mama hate me? Your brother-in-law is coming over. Well bye, sorry I'm leaving early today." Ada place a kiss on Dayo's forehead.
