Chapter Twelve: C.C.'s Birthday

*May Fourteenth*

I woke up and reached my hand to the side C.C was gone, I got up and walked into the kitchen, I saw a figure underneath the cabinet looking at cereal.

"Hey!" I yelled, he jumped up and hit his head on the cabinet.

"D*mn you Parky" C.C said rubbing this head, I smiled "Oh come here ya big baby" he sat in a chair and I checked his head "Your okay."

I got up, and he pulled me into his lap.

"Morning!" Vince and Rikki sung coming into the room, as C.C.'s mouth hovered over mine.

"Nice timing guys" he mumbled, and I stood up, then remembered me and Vince was going into town today.

"I'll be right back" I said, and went to change into jeans and a regular black shirt, I came back and Vince had the keys to the car, I kissed C.C's cheek "Be back birthday boy."

I got into the passenger side "Please tell me you can drive and have a license" I said, he smiled "Yes to the second, and you will see on the first question."

Great.

Vince drove fast but it was fun, we went to a few stores and C.C's cake (Picture above only instead of purple its black and white) and I smiled "Think he'll like it?" I asked Vince who paid, he nodded.

We walked by a jewelry store "Hey I will meet you back at the car" I said, he nodded, and I went in.

I looked at the jewelry until it went into the men's and I saw something I had to buy.

A gold chain with a cross on it I thought C.C (picture above also)

I saw the price and checked my bilfoe, I bit my lip, he's worth it.

I grabbed the chain and took it to the counter, the woman rang it up "80 dollars please" she said, I handed her the money "Can you wrap it?"

She put it in a box, and I walked out and went to the car of Vince's.

I let him look at it, his eyes widened "Jeez Parker how much did that cost?"

"Eighty bucks, but I don't care he's worth it."

He sighed "I would've paid for you" he mumbled, and drove off.

We got back to the house and went inside birthday balloons, and banner welcomed us, I hid my present in C.C's room and went to help Vince hide the cake.

Black table cloth and accessories welcomed me in the kitchen, I snuck up behind C.C and hugged him from behind.

"Hello" I said, and he turned around hugging me back "Hey."

"Okay, save that for later" Bret said, pulling me away from him, I glared at Bret.

"Now then, let me get the cake."

C.C's eyes widened like a kid on Christmas because of the cake, and Tommy put the candles on it.

The candles said '42', I laughed C.C and Vince smacked Tommy's head "Its backwards like all of you" I said.

"Hey!" They said, I smiled as Tommy put them the right way to where it said '24.'

C.C leaned forward and Nikki said "Don't catch your hair on fire C.C its all hairspray" they laughed, C.C fipped him off "Speak for yourself Sixx."

He blew out his candles and 'Happy Birthday' was sung.

I smiled "Thanks guys" he said, Tommy moved in and acted like he was gonna kiss him, C.C moved towards me.
