42: Kevin Visits His Mother

*Kevin Wendell Crumb/ Casey Cooke and Penelope Crumb (Kevin wants to visit his mother and Casey tags along )(more of a PG-13 rating )

Kevin and Casey had gone over to visit his mother, Casey had tried to reason with him but he seemed pretty adamant about going. "I have to see her" he told her shyly looking down at the floor.

"I guess I can't stop you, I'll just have to come with you and make sure your safe"

Kevin sighed as he knocked on the door gently already shaking. Casey held his hand.

His mother opened the door and looked at him resentfully "Your late boy" she growled.

"I'm sorry momma"

"I'm his girlfriend Casey" she holds her hand out to the older woman.

She looks her up and down judging her "I see" she said letting them in.

Casey walks in with Kevin still hand in hand and they sit on the couch together.

Penelope slammed the door quite loudly making Kevin jump, he felt a panic attack starting to build so he got up "I gotta go" he breathed walking upstairs hurriedly and Casey follows after him.

"You alright?" Casey asks him in a worried tone.

He was collapsed on his old bed trying to control his breathing "She makes me so scared Case"

"You need to step up and show her your not afraid, If I can face my demon then so can you" she tells him rubbing his back.

Kevin breathed out deeply, facing her "Okay" he nodded kissing her softly.

"She can't hurt you anymore, remember your much bigger then she is, keep that in mind"

"Okay" he whispered holding her hand.

"Now enough with the hiding" she gives him a kiss.

"I love you" he murmured kissing her back.

"I love you too mmm" she whispers.

"What do you think your doing in my house Kevin Wendell Crumb" his mother screamed throwing a glass bottle at his back making him scream as his skin tore open.

"What the fuck is wrong with you lady, this is your only son and your treating him like this? You should be ashamed of yourself and your very lucky he hasn't pressed charges against you yet, you bitch!" Casey screams back at her.

"Casey...don't" he cried out grabbing her hand. "I'll treat him however I want to treat him because all he is is a fucking mistake!" Penelope yelled throwing another bottle at her but Kevin pushed her out the way in time to take the hit.

"And you're a poor excuse of a human being!" Casey yells at her.

"Casey" Kevin groaned his face was all cut up.

"Come on Kevin, she doesn't deserve a wonderful person like you to be in her miserable life, I'm taking you to the clinic" she loops her arm with his pulling him up to walk.

"No please...I don't want to run away again" he tells her looking at her softly.

"Then tell her how you really feel about her, stand up and have a voice..step into the light" Casey whispers to him.

Kevin breathed out shakily standing up and walking towards Penelope "I love you Momma...even after everything you did to me, I wanted to show you my girlfriend because I care about what you think...I've tried so hard to prove myself worthy of your love, why can't you give it to me?" he asked her tearfully, Penelope just smirked at him and grabbed him by the ear making him cry out. "You think I will love you, you pathetic boy, I should have killed you when I had the chance, you useless mistake" she shrieked at him whacking him with a hanger ripping apart his shirt more, Kevin cried out again trying to get out of her death grip.
