WARNING: Some "fondue" is coming up in this chapter between Steve and Peggy. I'll keep it to a minimum, but this is purely education on how Jocelyn was conceived because if you want to tell a story right, you have to start from the beginning.
Also the first few chapters will be involved with the "Agent Carter" Series and a little bit of "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." I recommend that you watch them to understand more of Jocelyn's story.
March 26th, 1945 10:45 p.m; Strategic Scientific Reserve (SSR) Base, London

After Peggy Carter commiserated with Steve Rogers about losing his best friend, Bucky Barnes, Captain Rogers had a meeting with the SSR and the Howling Commandos to finally take down Schmidt and Hydra.
Colonel Chester Philips just finished interrogating a captured Arnim Zola, a Swedish scientist working with Hydra, on the whereabouts of Schmidt's last Hydra base.
"Johann Schmidt belongs in a bug house. He thinks he's a God," the elderly colonel said while looking at a map. "He's willing to blow up half the world to prove it, starting with the USA." He pointed to the United States of America on the map.
Howard Stark suddenly walked in the SSR base and explained Schmidt's plan and weapon, the Tesseract. "Schmidt's working with powers beyond our capabilities. He gets across the Atlantic, he will wipe out the entire eastern sea board in an hour."
There was a moment of silence in the meeting. Everyone having concerned faces and Steve Rogers looking at a file before Gabe Jones, a Howling Commando member asked how much time they got.
"According to my new best friend, under twenty four hours," Colonel Philips replied.
"Where is he now?" asked Jacques Dernier, a French Howling Commando.
"Hydra's last base is here." Philips pointed at a photo of a base. "In the Alps. Five hundred feet below the surface."
The photo was passed on to Jim Mortia, another Howling Commando. "So, what are we supposed to do. I mean, it's not like we can just knock on the front door," he said sarcastically.
"Why not?" the super soldier said as everyone looked at him. "That's exactly what we're going to do."

After the meeting with the SSR and Howling Commandos was finished, Peggy was about to go to her apartment when Steve called out, running after her, "Peggy, wait!"
She turned around, looking at him mostly calm, but a little perplexed, "Yes, what is it, Steve?" she asked.
"I was wondering if I could..." He hesitated for a moment and then a little bit of blush appeared in his cheeks, "...uh walk you to your apartment? I don't want to walk with you because you don't need protection. Like I said before, you're not just a beautiful dame. Even though you are beautiful. I want to walk you back to your apartment as a favor for helping me back at the bar." At the end, he started mumbling quietly with his blushing expanding.
