Y/n POV

It's here! It's finally Senior Prom! I've been waiting my entire high school career for this. Katlin and I are getting ready at my house. We just finished showering and are now working on makeup. I've never been one to love a ton of makeup so Katlin did a simple look for me.

As I'm putting in the last few pins in Kaitlins hair, she asks,

"So are you excited to go to prom with Daniel?"

"Yesss! We've been dating since we were freshmen. I think he might be more excited then I am." I say and laugh a little.

Daniel asked me to prom three months into the school year. Prom isn't till April. He was the one who wanted to wear blue. He planned the corsages and boutonnières. He did almost everything. He has been looking forward to this day since he was fourteen.

"You guys have been dating for so long. Im so happy you found someone like him. You guys make the cutest couple."

"Aww thanks Kate. What about you, are you excited to go with Ethan. I know you guys have only been dating for a few months."

"Yeah, of course I'm excited. But I'm even more excited that the four of us are going to be going together."

I put the last pin in and hug her shoulders.

"Me too! Now come on, the boys will be here soon we've got to get in our dresses."

Kaitlin squeals and runs to the closet to pull out our dresses. She hands me mine and I go and change in the bathroom. When I put my dress on, I feel like a princess.
