First quidditch match

I felt the brightness of the sun beaming down on me through the windows. When my eyes adjusted to the light the first thing I noticed was the tower of gifts on the left side table. "Hello dear, you are free to leave for breakfast if you are feeling well" Madam Pomfrey said. I smiled and got dressed in some clothes I'm sure Hermione left for me. When I left the hospital wing something flew straight past me, barley missing me. I heard laughter down the hallway, and turned to see Draco and his minions, Crabbe and Goyle . I rolled my eye and stared down Draco, he then looked away and left with his minions. I began running to the great hall. The doors swung open and everyone looked my way. I saw Harry Ron and Hermione stand from there seats. I ran to them and aengulfed Harry in a tight warm hug.
"I'm so glad you're ok!" He said pulling away, I slimed And turned to give Hermione a hug.  I turned to Ron and gave him a quick hug, it was funny seeing him blush.
We sat down in our seats and that's when I saw Professor Snape approaching us. "Good luck today Potters, than again now that you've proven yourself against a troll a game of quidditch should be easy work you you two, even if it it against Slytherin" Snape said. I gave him a smile and a nod. He smiled slightly back, and returned the nod.
"Did Professor Snape just smile!" Ron asked shocked.
"I was thinking the same thing!" Hermione chuckled. I just laughed with them. Harry looked over at Snape and frowned.
"That explains the blood!" Harry said. "Blood?" Me and Hermione said at the same time.
"Listen, last night I'm guessing Snape let the troll in as a diversion so he could try and get past that three headed dog, but he got himself bitten hats why he's limping" Harry explained. What three headed dog? I thought to myself. "Why would anyone go near that dog?" "the day I was at gringgots hagrid took something out of one of the vaults, said it was Hogwarts business very secret"
"So your saying..." Hermione said but Harry cut her off "that's what the dogs guarding, that's what Snape wants" Harry explained again. Then two Owls flew in with mail, gave something to Harry and something to me. "But I never get mail" me and Harry said looking at each other. "Well let's open it" Ron says. Hermione helps with mine and Ron helps with Harry's. "It's broomsticks!" Harry said.
"That's not just any broomsticks, those are nimbus 2000's!" Ron said excitingly. "But who would-"me and Harry day as we spotted Professor McGonogall with one of the owls by her side. She smiled at both of us and I smiled widely back.
"Harry you really should eat something before the game" I said. We all ate and headed out for our first quidditch game.

We were just about to go out into the arena we were just waiting for our cue.
"Are you scared Potters?" Oliver wood, the team captain, asked. "A little" we both said in unison.
"Don't worry I felt the same way on my first game" he reassures us.
"What happened?" Harry asked.
"I Uh....I uh don't really remember, I took a bludger to the head 2 minutes in, woke up in the hospital a week later" he said. We and Harry looked at watch other even more scared now.
Then when it was time we all flew out on our broomsticks. We got in formation. And I looked at Harry smiling gave him a thumbs up.
"Now I want a nice clean game.....from all of you" Rolanda Hooch said eyeing everyone. We were playing against Slytherin so I don't know what to expect. She then threw the quaffle in the air and the game began. I was faster than everyone else so I got the quaffle first. Someone from Slytherin was chasing me, so I flew up and did a loopty loop so I was now behind him. His eyes widened and he looked backwards at me. He lost focus and ran right into one of the goals. I threw the quaffle through the hoop and won us a point. "Ten points for Gryffindor!" The score keeper yelled, everyone cheered. I even caught a glimpse of Snape clapping his hands for me. " well done Y/n!" Harry said. We resumed the game and I was waiting for a pass. I received the quaffle and started passing back and forth with Bryan, a guy from my team. He passed to me once more and I flew behind and around the hoop and passed home the quaffle and then he scored! "Another ten points to Gryffindor!" The score keeper said. I high fived Bryan and continued.

Slytherin now had the quaffle and went for the shot but oliver saved it and threw the ball to our team. The I saw the captain from the Slytherin team, Marcus flint, take the bat from one of his teammates and hit a bludger at Oliver and knocked him of his broom. I groaned in frustration. I flew behind Marcus and then did this flip thing and cut him of and he lost control of his broom and flew to the ground. I acted like I didn't know how that happened. I couldn't hide the smirk on my face, Marcus glared at me boiling with anger, which just made me laugh out loud. I looked at Hermione and Ron and there mouths were open as they were looking at me an awe. We all started laughing. I saw the golden snitch appear. " Harry" I nodded toward the snitch. He went after the snitch when my broom started loosing control. It jolted me left and right. It flipped me off the broom and now I was only hanging on by my hands. Everyone was gasping. My hands were starting to get sweaty, then the broom stopped moving. Just as I was about to adjust my grip my hands slipped from the broom causing me to fall. I screamed on the way down as me and my broom fell. We were almost at the ground when I grabbed my broom that was falling at my side and quickly got back on it. Everyone cheered for me, but the two people that stood out were Ron and Hermione screaming at the top of there lungs. I wiped the sweat off my forehead and continued the game. Slytherin got a goal. Then I saw two Slytherins surround one of the others girls on my team and she went tumbling threw the stands., and Slytherin got another goal. We were now tied, 20-20 it was up to Harry to catch the snitch. Slytherin almost got a goal but I blocked it. I smirked at the other team. I have to admit I'm pretty competitive. All of a sudden Harry and the sun Thee seeker were both going after the snitch, Harry dove down and the the other guy followed. They looked at each other not backing out, but Harry stood his ground and soon the other seeker flew up. Harry continued after the snitch and he was close to the ground and pulled up before he hit the ground, it was now just him and the snitch Harry was standing on his broom, he reached his hand out to grab it but he leaned a little to much to the front of his broom and he flew forward on to the ground.

The stadium went quite. Harry stood up, he looked like he was gonna be sick. He then spit out the golden snitch into his hands. "He's got the snitch, Harry Potter has recurved 150 points for catching the snitch!" The score keeper said. Rolanda blew her whistle " Gryffindor Wins!"she says. "Yeah Harry!" I cheered and everyone else did the same. I was so proud of him he's just like our father. I flew down to him and gave him a hug. " Savannah your eyes are red!" He whisper yelled. Professor McGonogall says my powers react of my emotions, but I will learn to control it soon."It's because I'm proud of you!" I said trying to get my eyes back to normal. He smiled and gave me a kiss on my cheek " I'm proud of you too and what you did to Marcus was brilliant!" He said and we laughed. "You saw that?" I asked with a a smirk. "Oh I have training with McGonogall now, so I'll catch up with you guys later" I whispered to Harry, he nodded and I went on my way.
