It was now time to board the train. Everyone was gathered up setting up there luggage. I spotted Hagrid, he was telling kids to hurry up so they don't miss the train. Before we boarded the train I nudged Harry and he noticed hagrid. "Come on Harry" Hermione said.
"One sec" we both said, and ran to Hagrid.
"Thought you were leaving without saying goodbye, did you?" He said. I smiled at him. He reached into his pocket and pulled out something.
"This is for you" he said handing Harry what looked like a book.
He opened it and it showed a picture of mom and dad holding both of us in there arms smiling.
He sadly smiled and nodded at the picture.
He looked up at Hagrid and thanked him.
"Oh and uh this is for you young lady" he said pulling out a locket. It was silver with a heart that held a picture of my mom and dad dancing. I smiled ear to ear, they looked so happy. I hugged Hagrid and Harry followed.
"Thank you, It's beautiful" I said.
I pulled away and Hagrid spoke up.
"Go on. On with ya" he said shooing is off before we miss the train.
"Oh and listen Harry, if that don't cousin of yours, Dudley... gives you any grief. You could always um, threaten him with a nice pair of ears to go with that tail of his" he said. Harry smiled. "But hagrid were not allowed to do magic out of school, you know that" he exclaimed.
"He doesn't know that". Hagrid winked. My smile dropped at the realization of my step parents. God only knows what they'll do to me. Hagrid noticed my uneasy face.
"Are you alright there Y/n?" He asked. I gulped,
"M-my stepparents how much do they know?" I asked worried.
"Well everything" Hagrid explained.
"Ok" I said, my voice cracking, I tried to shake the thought of what he'll do to me when I get home, Ali though, Hogwarts is my home now. Harry took my hand and went back to the train. Hermione and Ron were waiting for us.
"Feel strange to be going home, doesn't it?" Hermione asked.
"I'm not going home. Not really" Harry said looking back at Hogwarts. "Me neither" I said smiling.
Then the train was off. Hagrid waved at us as we went, my and Harry waved back.
