Unexpected

Chap 7

Alexis' POV

We landed at the airport and grabbed our luggage. "Follow me," I said.

"Alright," said Ericka. We walked to a black Camaro. "This is your ride."

"Paid off." We put our luggage in the trunk and I drove us to my place. "Here." I handed Ericka the keys to the Camaro. "Follow me and we'll do some shopping at the mall. We meet back here in an hour."

"What's your ride?" I pressed the buttons on the keys that I got and the doors opened. "The SLS?"

"Surprise. Follow me." I put my luggage in the back and got in. I drove to the mall and found two parking spaces side by side. We got out. "Solo shopping. We meet at my place in an hour."

"Go it."

"Alright." We walked into the mall together. "I think you got it from here. Call me if you need me."

"I don't think I need to."

"Just if you do." I started walking on my own. After thirty minutes I finished shopping. I went out to my car and put my bags in the car. I walked back inside to the food court and ordered two slices of supreme pizza. I sat down at a table by myself. "Hmm." I looked at my phone. The screensaver was a picture of Blake and I hugging each other close. "If only you were here right now."

"Well, well, well," said a male voice behind me. "If it isn't Alexis herself? Thought you weren't stepping foot here again."

"Lucas," I said turning around. "Why don't you just leave me alone?"

"Vacation over for you baby?" He smiled at me and punched me behind my left shoulder. It was painful but I didn't want to show him I felt pain. He was wearing gloves and I guess he had on brass knuckles. "Looks like your friends aren't here to protect you, are they?"

I stood up and crossed my arms. "I'm perfectly capable of taking care of myself, Lucas." He glanced at my phone and I put it in the pocket of the jacket. "Leave."

"Your boyfriend isn't here to protect you." He scoffed. "Wait a minute." He looked at the leather jacket I had on. "Are you wearing your boyfriend's jacket?"

"Maybe I am, maybe I'm not. Look, leave now or I'm calling security." I looked at Lucas. "I'm serious Lucas."

"You're coming with me." He got a grip on my wrist. "Now Alexis. Don't cause a scene."

"I'll cause a scene if I want to." I got out of his grip. "Just leave me alone and I won't."

"No!"

"Hey! She said leave her alone." I didn't bother to turn around to see who was my hero. Though I did wish it was Blake. "Leave her alone and I'll leave you in one piece."

"Got everyone to have your back, don't you?" asked Lucas. "Who's this? Your real boyfriend?"

"It doesn't matter who I am," said the guy. "Just leave the nice girl alone."

"Fine," said Lucas leaving.

I smiled and looked at the floor as I turned around. "Thank you."

"No problem."

I looked at at the guy. "Wait a minute." I recognized the guy. "Jared Padalecki? Oh my god. I can't believe your the one who got my back."

"Supernatural fan, right?"

"Yeah. Sam Winchester's girl all the way." I smiled. "Can I get a picture?"
