Unexpected

Chap 16

Ericka's POV

Everyone was up the next morning learning the dance. By nine we were all ready to film the music video. Alexis and her sister did amazing with our makeup. We all met in the kitchen to eat. Her dad had a breakfast buffet set up and we just dug in.

"Alexis, your father is an amazing chef," I said.

"He'll say he can't cook a lot," said Kelsey fixing Alexis' hair. "Okay, your head is going to take a while."

"How long?" asked Alexis.

"Well, if you want me to be careful with your custom made Elsa dress, probably by ten," said Kelsey. "And that is if you want me to add the silver tinsel crown."

"Do it," said Alexis.

"You are determined, aren't you?" I asked.

"Just like you were on New Year's eve," said Alexis. We finished eating and Kelsey was done with Alexis' hair. "Thanks sis."

"You're welcome," said Kelsey. She looked at her watch. "I have to go."

"Where?" asked Jonnie.

"I have a dance class," said Kelsey. "Jonnie, I done everything you wanted me to do."

"Go," said Jonnie. Kelsey left. "Okay, let's get going. We're filming Drew's scene first."

"Oh," I said. I got into the Merecedes SLS with Drew. he careful drove into the drive way and we heard the music. "Okay."

Drew parked in front of the front door. "Wanted a dedicated girl till the very end," sang Drew as we got out of the car. He leaned against the car as the girls piled out of the house. "Who ain't afraid to show me off to all her friends." I pointed at Drew. The girls and I tried to keep from not talking but mouthing words. "Say eh, eh, eh, eh. Eh, eh, eh, eh."

"Cut!" yelled Jonnie. "Okay." We filmed every scene but Blake's and Alexis' and the last chorus scene. "Okay. Let's get this last scene filmed." He handed Drew, Jayk, and I a camera. "Okay, I will be standing away from the balcony." Alexis and Drew were standing on the balcony. "A few feet where Blake will be standing. I want Jayk filming from the ladder to my left. It's safe. Ericka, I want you filming from ground level on my right and I want the shot up at Alexis. Drew, I want you to film from behind Alexis. I already got the shot of Blake singing to the balcony an hour ago when it was dark. Let's get this video done. PLACES!"

"Okay," I said standing on the "x" Jonnie had placed for me. I shot my camera up at the balcony.

Drew's POV

The ending of Devin's part played as I record Alexis. "If you're wishing to the stars," Blake sang as Alexis opened the door and walked out on the balcony, to the edge, "from your balcony, baby, you're the one that was meant for me." She leaned against the balcony and brought her right hand up and rested her chin on her hand. "Say eh, eh, eh, eh. Eh eh, eh, eh."

"Cut!" yelled Jonnie. "That played out perfectly. Everyone, get changed into the dance scene."

"Right," I said. We all did and got the last scene filmed. We all relaxed in the living room. "I think the music video will be a blast."

"Tomorrow I'll give the Juliets a copy before you leave," said Jonnie. "I should get working."

"Make it good," said Britney as Jonnie closed his room door. "Can you guys sign our CD tomorrow?"

"Yeah," said Blake.

"How about you, Alexis?" asked Britney.

"Uhm, sure, if you want me to," said Alexis. She sat in Blake's lap. "But I think the music video will be amazing."

"Group selfie," I said. I took a picture with the group. "Perfect and that is going on instagram."

ONE WEEK LATER BACK IN LA HOUSE

"I love the new music video we filmed," said Alexis. "I know it's been a week but I still can't get enough of it!"

"Right!" Ericka agreed. "I love how smoothly it went through the video."

"You girls were beautiful," said Blake. "But I love you the most." He hugged Alexis as she giggled. "I love that we met in New York."

"It was unexpected, Blake," said Alexis as they kissed.

"And I'm glad you introduced me to Ericka," said Drew kissing me. "Even though we weren't planning to meet."

"Well, what can you say?" asked Alexis. "Ericka can be sneaky."

"Alexis, with you, you have to expect the unexpected," I said.

A/N: sorry, it's been a while but wifi at home has been shut off so I won't be uploading on weekends anymore but I will on week days during my break between classes at college!
