CH. 10 Being sick

Previously in CH. 9:

They went into the kitchen to get dinner it was spaghetti the others were already half way done with there food. Bunny asks jack a few questions hey jack is koz umm is he like us or is he alive?

Uhh he's like us.

Okay that's good. How old is he mate?

Umm I don't know actually never asked him.

Bunny thinks for a second on his next auction what type of spirit is he?

North speaks up at bunny now bunny don't think jacks boyfriend would want us knowing about him just yet until he's comfortable like jack said.

I know mate sorry jack just got to curious.

It's ok I think me answering just those few questions is alright with him.

So jack when are you going to see him again?

In a few days or so.

After that they put away the dishes into the sink and went there separate ways to do there work except jack he just went to bed thinking of pitch. Jack fell asleep soon after in a dreamless sleep.

(Couple months later pitchs pov)

It's been a while since I've seen jack about a week I've been trying to keep my distance best I can the fearlings inside me there getting worse ad worse I'm afraid of hurting jack if I loose control when he's around luckily that hasn't happened ...yet. The fearlings like to harm my body when they get even the slightest bit of control another reason I've been avoiding jack the claw marks and bruises on my torso I don't want him to see and get worried. I don't know if I can keep this up keep him safe.

(Jacks pov)

Pitch has been avoiding me lately I keep thinking if I did anything wrong or if he's ok and lately I haven't been feeling the best I throw up sometimes and I get a little light headed but I guess that's because I've been working more to keep my mind off of pitch. I'm going to visit him tonight to check on him the guardians really wants to see my boyfriend but that's not going to happen unless I convinced them that pitch has changed he's good now not like he was before.

( No ones pov)

Later that night jack flies to visit pitch he enters his lair and calls out to pitch pitchy I'm back I wanted to check up on you. Pitch doesn't say anything and hides in the shadows waiting for jack to leave. Pitch I know your their please come out stop avoiding me. Did I do something wrong to make you upset? Pitch can sense the growing fear in jack he comes out quickly behind jack hugging him from behind and covering his eyes with his hoodie so he doesn't  see the condition his lover is in.

Pitch says in a pained voice snowflake you did do anything wrong its me that's wrong.

Pitchy what's wrong please tell me. Why have you been avoiding me and why did you cover my eyes.

Pitch lets out a sigh and lets go of jack as jack removes his hood he turns around seeing pitch remove his black short sleeved shirt and jack covers his mouth with both hands not to male a sound in horror of what he's seeing right now. Pitch covered in bruises and claw marks and he's looking not as healthy as he once was. Jack couldn't hold back his tears he goes up to pitch examining the marks on him pitch winces in pain when jack touches them. Jack moves back and says I'm so sorry. Wha....what happended to you who did this? Pitch why didn't you tell me sooner?!
