CH. 19 The road to recovery Pt. 2

Previously in CH. 18:

Pitch thinks for a bit and says their perfect names for them. Then he uses his black sand to carve the names in. We should go before it gets to dark to meet the others. Jack hums in response and gets up with pitch looked back at the grave. Pitch holds jacks hand and says don't worry well come back I promise. Jack looks at pitch and smiles and says ok. They left and it only seemed to be a few hours has passed since they left. The guardians greet them and they ask jack if he's ok. Jack says he's ok and that he's ready to go and have some fun again.

North wonderful now to the sleigh.

Bunny oh no mate how about we take my route this time.

North come on bunny the kids love sleigh how about we have vote hmm.

Bunny ok then lets put it to a vote.

Tooth voted for bunny
Jack voted for North
And Sandy voted for himself now it was up to pitch last deciding vote. He looked over at jack, and then at bunny and North jack giving him puppy dog eyes and pitch goes to jack choosing their way.

Bunny hey mate I saw that that's cheating!

Jack no it ain't, ya snooze ya loose cottontial.

Pitch just laughs and they head of to jacks pond.

(At jacks pond authors pov)

The sleigh lands into the snow near the frozen over pond. And the koda are waiting already making snow forts. Jamie runs over to jack

Jamie jack your back I'm so happy your back. Jamie hugs jack tightly

Jack hugs him back and smiles I'm happy I'm back to cant believer you still believe in me after I've been gone for so long.

Jamie of course I believe in you like you said to me before just because I cant see it doesn't mean I shouldn't believe its not there.

Jack smiled at Jamie and they went to pick teams for the snowball fight but pitch had a great idea in picking the team's.

Pitch how about we have ourselves a little race whoever wins 1st place automatically goes to jacks team and the second gets to be the leader of the opposing team.

Bunny oh I'm going to win for sure.

Pitch we'll see about that rabbit.

Jack pitch what happens if I win the race?

Pitch oh sorry snowflake but I'm gonna have to ask you not to race you'll be the judge.

Jack the judge ok never been a judge before this could be fun. Where will the finish line be?

Pitch that big pine tree that fell that's our finish line.

Before jack could ask pitch why he said that he had already waved his staff down signaling them to go. The kids watched in awe as they raced bunny was first but then pitch came up fast and bunny was shocked to see him keeping up and even more so that pitchs eyes were completely blue now and has light black hair with cream color skin. He looks at bunny and says might want to watch where your going Aster. Bunny was confused for a second then before he new it he was yelling crikey as he ran into a tree falling into the snow then snow fell on top of him. Pitch wins the race and Sandy came in second. After the race was over jack flew down to see how bunny was doing. Bunny was fine and pitch came to help him up. The others seen how pitch looked and jack was the one to speak first pitch are you ok?
