Link rode to Hyrule castle. He always thinks about the monsters that used to roam these fields. Now it was quiet and deserted. Link arrived to the castle town gate and hopped off Epona.

Link walked through the slim alleyways and busy crowds. There was people dancing outside Malo mart, singing along. He walked through castle town to the palace gates.

"State your name and business." One of the guards said.

"Link. I'm here to see Princess Zelda."

They smiled and signaled me to head in. Turning though the hallways, he observed the paintings on the walls. There were paintings of things he didn't know, random stuff, and the royal family. After walking up a couple flights of stairs, he was in the last hallway that lead him to the throne room. He observed the paintings again, but stopped in his tracks looking at it.

"When was this put up....?" He muttered as he observed it.

That painting was a painting of Link, Midna, and Zelda standing next to eachother. He remembered that day so clearly.

"I insist! We must do it." Zelda smiled.

"Do what?"  Link asked.

"A portrait of us!" Zelda clapped her hands together. Link smiled.

"Yeah, I think that would be great. But why?"

"I just think we should. It's required, after all."

"I suppose."

"So, this is the paint you use?" Minda questioned as she looked weirdly at it.

Link and Zelda turned around. Link watched Midna slightly scrunch her nose before walking towards them.

"Well, yeah...? Is this different to you?" He asked.

"Obviously!" She teased before looking at Zelda.

"Of course, Zelda. We should."

He shook his head after zoning out into his thoughts. He continued to walk to the throne room. Link opened the door and walked towards the throne. He bowed.

"Link, there is no need to bow." She slightly smiled.

Zelda was like a blank slate. Link didn't exactly know so much about her, but they were decent friends. She never really showed that much expression or emotion, and because of that, nobody could really read was she was thinking. Zelda stood up from her throne and walked over to Link.

"It's about the Desert Province. Apparently, there has been strange things happening. Like strange sounds, randomly strong gusts of winds. You get the gist. People who have been visiting there have been saying it's strange. I would request you to go and see if you could find anything linking to that."

"Of course."

"Now, are you sure you want to go? You do not have to. You can do whatever you please, but this is just a simple request." She asked.

"Yes, I am ready, and I will go."

"Very well. Thank you, Link."

Zelda bowed back to Link. Link left the room and headed back to Epona, so he could head off to the Desert. It was still pretty early in the morning, so he didn't want to waste his time. He headed towards Lake Hylia.

Lake Hylia recently got a new staircase to head down there. Now he didn't have to pay rupees and fly down with a Cucoo to get there. Along with that, a structure has been build so people can also get up into the Desert. It was much more useful now, because he traveled quite a lot.

When Link arrived, he got off Epona and walked towards the entrance to the desert. Ugh, this is going to be such a pain walking around here. He walked up the stairs. A gust of wind blew past his face, and the golden sand reflected out into the sky. He was at the desert.

(Sorry, this was another short one. It's late at night and I completely lost track of time, I was watching Legend of Korra with my sister because she hasn't watched it yet. I'm really sorry, and hopefully I'll be able to write a longer one eventually.)
